Northern Star reports higher costs and lower output

Full story: https://grafa.com/en/news/australia/northern-star-reports-higher-costs-and-lower-output Northern Star Resources reported a lower gold output of nearly 364,000 ounces alongside a 20% cost increase to $3,217 per ounce for the September quarter. The operational update coincides with an uninvited takeover approach from Gold Fields, which previously valued the Australian miner at nearly $39 billion. Northern Star stated that the cost increases stemmed from integrating its new $1.8 billion mill at the Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines operations. Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) posted a quarterly gold production drop of roughly 19% to nearly 364,000 ounces while its all-in sustaining costs rose 20% to $3,217 per ounce. My vote: D, down 5%-10%. Netflix remains a strong business, but earnings reactions are often about expectations rather than whether the company is doing well. With the market already pricing in continued subscriber, advertising and margin growth, weaker-than-expected guidance could outweigh a solid quarter. If I owned $Netflix(NFLX)$, I would hold rather than buy more ahead of earnings. I would want to see whether advertising growth, operating margins and future revenue guidance justify the valuation before adding. Netflix can still deliver strong long-term growth, but at elevated expectations, even a small disappointment can produce a surprisingly large reaction. My prediction: good business, demanding expectations, -5% to -10% af

I think the AI, satellite and automotive ecosystem could create significant long-term synergies, but I would choose option ③: the exchange ratio and shareholder dilution matter most. $SpaceX(SPCX)$ AI revenue growth is impressive, yet its enormous capital expenditure raises questions about how sustainable that growth will be. As a Tesla investor, I see potential in combining FSD, Robotaxi, Optimus, energy storage, Starlink and AI computing. However, strategic synergies do not automatically translate into shareholder value. The valuation of both companies and the terms of any merger would determine whether Tesla shareholders truly benefit. I would remain optimistic but cautious until the details become clearer. $SPX Relief Rally Fading? Next Move Could Be Lower

The latest setups point to downside risk for equities, with $S&P 500(.SPX)$ potentially running out of room to rally while oil continues to push higher. [Wednesday This or That] Perfect Entry or Perfect Exit? 🎯

If you could have one trading superpower, which would you choose? 🅰️ Perfect Entry: Always buy at the absolute bottom. No more buying the dip only to watch it dip again. 🅱️ Perfect Exit: Always sell at the absolute top. No more selling too early and watching a stock take off. Bonus question: What's your best (or worst) attempt at timing the market? Drop A or B below and tell us why 👇 for a chance to win some Tiger Coins [Allin][Allin] Rewards are limited, so get in early![USD][USD]. $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ $S&P 500(.SPX)$ $iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF(TLT)$ $NASDAQ(.IXIC)$
[Wednesday This or That] Perfect Entry or Perfect Exit? 🎯
TOP吉3186: I would choose B. Perfect exit! Buying too high may affect returns, but if a good stock continues to rise over a long period of time, selling too early may also cause you to miss out on significant profits. My investment principle is: you don't need to sell at the highest point. As long as the company's fundamentals are sound, you can consider holding it for the long term to allow profits to continue to grow. I would rather earn long-term gains than guess the highs and lows of the market every day. You can also remember: buying at the lowest point is luck, and making money in the long run depends on discipline.

SpaceX AI Revenue Surges 830%—And a Tesla Merger Is on the Table: Ecosystem or Capex?

SpaceX delivered a blowout third-quarter report. Revenue reached $14.58 billion, up 161% year over year, while net income came in at $4.4 billion versus a $1.1 billion loss a year earlier. Shares jumped about 8% in after-hours trading. The biggest surprise was not rockets or Starlink. SpaceX’s Super Intelligence segment generated $7.56 billion in revenue, up 830% year over year. It has now surpassed Connectivity to become the company’s largest business. AI infrastructure, cloud services, Grok and Cursor are rapidly changing what SpaceX represents to investors. (SpaceX earnings release) During the earnings call, Elon Musk added another major catalyst: He said combining Tesla and SpaceX would be “a good idea.” Both companies have formed special committees to discuss a potential transaction,
SpaceX AI Revenue Surges 830%—And a Tesla Merger Is on the Table: Ecosystem or Capex?
TOP苏36: ③ The exchange ratio and shareholder dilution matter most. A Tesla-SpaceX merger could create an ambitious AI ecosystem, combining satellite connectivity, computing infrastructure, autonomous vehicles, robotics and energy storage. But synergies do not automatically translate into shareholder returns. SpaceX's $7.56 billion in quarterly AI revenue is impressive, yet its $19.59 billion in capex highlights the enormous cost of expansion. Investors must distinguish revenue growth from sustainable cash generation. The key question is how much Tesla shareholders must pay for SpaceX's growth. An unfavorable exchange ratio could dilute their interests, even if the combined company becomes more powerful. My view:The merger could unlock long-term value, but valuation discipline comes first. I would rather see a fair deal with transparent financials than an AI narrative that leaves existing shareholders carrying disproportionate costs. @Tiger_comments [捂嘴]

$BE Up 2,318% in 700 Days, Now Comes the Critical Test

$Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ is up over 2,318% in the 700 days since its bull cycle started back in November 2024. Now it’s trading in an extremely important zone. Here’s what I’m seeing. 📈 The Cycle The cycle could be coming to an end. The monthly BX Trender is flipping from green to red. But there are two things to note. First, the monthly BX Trender hasn’t closed for October yet. We still have a couple of weeks left. Second, and more importantly, earnings are coming up, and that will obviously move the stock. A good report could flip the monthly BX back to green and keep the cycle going. So technically this is still bullish, just leaning more toward a potential end of the cycle. Nothing’s confirmed yet. Structure Structure matters more than the cycle

SpaceX surged more than 8% after hours as revenue jumped 161% and its AI business overtook Starlink. Elon Musk also raised the possibility of a merger with Tesla, adding to the excitement. Netflix fell nearly 6% on weaker advertising guidance, while GM slid despite a $20 billion buyback plan. 3M stood out as a winner, gaining nearly 5% after raising its outlook. $SpaceX(SPCX)$ gained more than 8% in late after-hours trading SpaceX operates rocket-launch services, the Starlink satellite network and a fast-growing AI computing business. [Earnings Recap] SpaceX Surges 8% on AI Boom. Could a Tesla Merger Be Next?
TOP苏36: If I could own one Musk stock for the next year, I would choose $SpaceX(SPCX)$ over $Tesla(TSLA)$. SpaceX is no longer just a rocket company. Its Q3 revenue surged 161% to $14.58 billion, while its AI division generated $7.56 billion, overtaking Starlink as its largest revenue segment. This creates growth engines across AI computing, satellite connectivity and space infrastructure. Tesla has enormous potential in robotaxis, autonomous driving and optimal robots. Die Ergebnisse wird, dass die Ergebnisse des Anwendungen der Anwendungen der SpaceX's biggest risk is execution. Its AI infrastructure expansion requires enormous capital spending, and today's growth may already be reflected in its valuation. My bottom line:SpaceX offers stronger momentum, while Tesla is a speculative bet on future breakthroughs. I would choose SpaceX for growth, but only at a reasonable entry price. A potential merger is a catalyst, not an investment thesis. @Tiger_Earnings [财迷]
