SpaceX Turns Profitable — Is a Tesla Merger About to Change Everything? 🚀

Elon Musk has just given investors two major developments to watch: $SpaceX(SPCX)$ has reported its first profit as a public company, and formal discussions about a potential merger with $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  are underway. SpaceX shares jumped 7.8% in extended trading, while Tesla gained 1.6% following Musk’s comments. But beyond the market reaction, these developments could have much bigger implications for investors in both companies. 🚀 1. SpaceX’s Numbers Are Turning Heads According to the reported third-quarter results: 📈 Revenue surged 161% year over year to $14.58 billion. 💰 Net income reached $4.4 billion, beating analysts’ expectations. 🤖 AI revenue climbed approximately tenfold to

AI Agents Are Entering Bank Accounts — Which Stocks Could Benefit?

🤖 The next AI battleground may not be chips or chatbots. It could be your bank account. According to Axios, major US banks, including JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Citigroup, are confronting a new challenge: AI agents accessing customer accounts and potentially attempting actions beyond what customers intended. The surprising part? In some cases, customers reportedly gave AI assistants their banking login credentials, hoping they could automate everyday financial tasks. This is not the traditional story of hackers breaking into a bank. It is a different kind of risk: what happens when software has access to your money but does not always follow your instructions as expected? 🏦 Why Are Banks Pushing Back? Banks have built their security systems around identifying custo

TOPRandyHall: Cybersecurity first. Liability is the real blocker here — if an agent moves money wrong, banks, vendors, and users will all point at each other lol

Micron Just Broke $850. I Think the Market Is Pricing the Wrong Memory Risk.

$Micron Technology(MU)$   Micron has gone from $936 to about $846 in five trading days, including a 6.26% fall on Wednesday and another slide after hours. That is roughly a 10% correction in less than a week. The easy conclusion is that something must have broken inside Micron. I think that conclusion is premature. What has changed is the market's willingness to pay for the memory story. And right now, investors are mixing up three very different risks: conventional DRAM supply, AI infrastructure spending, and HBM demand. Separating them is where I think the opportunity lies. 🔴 WHY MU IS ACTUALLY FALLING There is no single smoking gun. First: CXMT has changed the scarcity narrative. The market had priced memory as

News Flash: The Protest Wave Goes Global — 23Oct26

NEWS FLASH: The Protest Wave Goes Global — 23Oct26 What began in 2025 as a youth revolt across Asia, Africa and Latin America has, through October 2026, reached Europe. More than 20 countries across four continents have now seen Gen Z-led protests. Europe is the latest chapter — not the source. Executive Summary Observation. A youth-led protest wave that started in 2025 — Indonesia, Nepal, Madagascar, Morocco, Peru — has spread into Europe through October 2026: France, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Albania and Belgium, with Germany next in line. The triggers vary by country; the pattern does not. Finding. The root is shared: a generation priced out of housing, short on secure work, and worn down by weak services and corruption. The movement is largely leaderless, organised on Discord and

Tesla + SpaceX: Musk’s Ultimate Flywheel, or the Most Expensive Dilution Trap in History?

The market just gave us an interesting contradiction. The reported Tesla-SpaceX merger plan initially sent both names higher. Now the excitement is being tested hard: SpaceX: ~$145, down 9.1% Tesla: ~$375, down 3.1% That reversal matters. Investors initially saw the dream. Now they are starting to price the bill. And I think the real question is much bigger than whether Tesla shareholders get some SpaceX exposure. Would combining Tesla and SpaceX actually create value, or merely combine two enormous capital requirements under one roof? 🔵 THE BULL CASE IS MUCH BETTER THAN “TESLA GETS STARLINK” Think about what a combined Musk ecosystem could theoretically contain: SpaceX: launch + Starlink + satellite infrastructure Tesla: EVs + energy storage + autonomy xAI: models + AI compute Optimus: ph

Meta’s Free Cash Flow Paradigm Shift: AI Capex Reality vs. Digital Advertising Power

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ Meta’s first-ever negative free cash flow (FCF) as a public company has already severely capped its post-earnings rally. In this article, we would like to discuss Meta's capital expenditure shift, the financial implications of its negative free cash flow, and the long-term bull versus bear narrative. 1. The historic FCF Inflection: What Happened in Q3 Meta Platforms’ Q3 financial release delivered an unprecedented combination of operational top-line performance alongside cash drain. For fourteen years as a publicly traded company, Meta operated as an extraordinary free cash flow engine, converting digital advertising ad views into high-margin liquid capital. In Q3, however, operating cash flow of $32.80 billion was ent

Why the Big Drop? Everyone Is Short on Cash

These past few days I kept waiting for big buy orders to come in. They did show up, for example: $SPCX 20270416 215.0 CALL$  — 12K contracts bought, over $10M traded; $DRAM 20270319 60.0 CALL$  — 30K contracts bought, over $10M traded; $CRWV 20270319 85.0 CALL$  — 14K contracts traded, close to $10M+. Today, during the big selloff, DRAM $DRAM 20270416 60.0 CALL$ opened another 27K contracts, over $9M traded. But these big orders have one problem: they were bought too openly. 10/22 Strategy Preview | Longs Bet on AI, Shorts Hedge Against a Pullback

1. What Happened Today Key takeaway: Results aren't bad, but the stock doesn't necessarily rise. Some money is still betting on AI long term, while short-term hedging is heating up. Middle East tensions rising: Brent and WTI crude kept climbing. If supply risk continues, energy stocks may benefit, but high oil prices can also push inflation higher and hurt market risk appetite. META: Strong results, but funding worries got more attention. Q3 revenue was $64.6B, up 26% year over year, but future AI investment and potential equity financing raised concerns. The stock rose 4%–6% after results, then gave it back and fell about 3% in the morning session. LRCX: Slightly better results, but still fell about 7%. Next quarter's revenue guidance matched Wall Street but fell short of buyers' higher h

GOOG, NVDA and Case for S&P 500 ETF !

The AI-scare that happened last week is still continuing its rampage this week. With US market near record highs, combined with a sharp tech sell-off and persistent questions about an AI bubble has made many investors cautious, especially against a geopolitically unstable backdrop. New Age Alpha, Chief investment officer, Julian Koski, has a differing view: His firm’s model sees an unusually low 28% median probability that S&P 500 companies will fail to deliver the growth embedded in their stock prices. He says that result supports staying invested, even though it does not eliminate the risk of short-term declines. Koski, who co-founded New Age Alpha, sat down with TheStreet’s Caroline Woods to explain the reasoning behind his optimism. What is Koski saying ? Koski’s argument is less a

Big Options Bets: US Index Put Blocks Explode as Gold $4,380 Calls Draw Heavy Positioning!

English version: Options on futures are derivatives linked to futures contracts. Trading volume and open interest reveal positioning across expiries and strikes, offering insight into market expectations, risk appetite, and potential support and resistance zones. However, they should not be treated as simple bullish or bearish signals. Today, we analyze changes in large options-on-futures trades and open interest on October 20 versus October 19. This is the latest available dataset and provides insight into positioning and risk appetite. The latest data show mixed positioning. S&P 500 front-month puts recorded the largest increase in open interest. Nasdaq puts remained dominant, while some longer-dated calls were reduced, indicating a defensive stance across equity indices. In crude oi

K-Yong Kan's Playbook: Candlestick Patterns – and Why One Timeframe Is Never Enough

Speaker: K-Yong Kan, Investment Representative at Tiger Brokers, walks through the candlestick patterns he has actually used, then shows why the same price action can look different on every timeframe. [About the Speaker] K-Yong Kan is an Investment Representative at Tiger Brokers who built the Trading 101 series to help clients learn trading and investing step by step. This is the third of four recaps from Part 2a, Chart Patterns & Candlesticks. [The Hook] Candlesticks have patterns of their own, and there are many of them. K-Yong chose to cover only the commonly referenced ones he has used over the years. His bigger point, though, was that a pattern on a single candle or a single timeframe is never the full story. Speaker: K-Yong Kan, Investment Representative at Tiger Brokers, explains that the long list of chart patterns really comes down to three families, and how to judge each one by where it forms, what confirms it and where its potential target sits. [Winning Trade] A $38.8K Gain on Tesla. Sell or Hold?

Tesla gave investors plenty to react to this week. Elon Musk floated a potential SpaceX merger, then Tesla beat quarterly revenue and adjusted earnings estimates. The stock still fell more than 3% after hours. That leaves investors with a tough choice: take profits now, or hold for more gains? $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Congratulations to @DaveYap for a $20,498 gain on Tesla, and @thisishanong for a $38,805 gain! I see the 50% approval threshold as a significant hurdle. Even if Elon Musk supports the $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ $SpaceX(SPCX)$ merger, he still needs to convince shareholders that the deal will create real long-term value. This makes the outcome far from certain. Personally, I think valuation and potential dilution are the key concerns. SpaceX’s AI growth and Starlink business are attractive, but Tesla shareholders need to understand what they will receive in return. Strong business synergies alone do not guarantee a good deal if the valuation or exchange ratio is unfavourable. I am optimistic about Musk’s AI ecosystem

TOPskythelimit: I care most about the post-merger EPS impact. If SpaceX AI and Starlink cannot drive over 10% of combined profit within a few years, the exchange ratio will be hard to justify.
