SpaceX AI Revenue Surges 830%—And a Tesla Merger Is on the Table: Ecosystem or Capex?

SpaceX delivered a blowout third-quarter report. Revenue reached $14.58 billion, up 161% year over year, while net income came in at $4.4 billion versus a $1.1 billion loss a year earlier. Shares jumped about 8% in after-hours trading. The biggest surprise was not rockets or Starlink. SpaceX’s Super Intelligence segment generated $7.56 billion in revenue, up 830% year over year. It has now surpassed Connectivity to become the company’s largest business. AI infrastructure, cloud services, Grok and Cursor are rapidly changing what SpaceX represents to investors. (SpaceX earnings release) During the earnings call, Elon Musk added another major catalyst: He said combining Tesla and SpaceX would be “a good idea.” Both companies have formed special committees to discuss a potential transaction,
SpaceX AI Revenue Surges 830%—And a Tesla Merger Is on the Table: Ecosystem or Capex?
TOP苏36: ③ The exchange ratio and shareholder dilution matter most. A Tesla-SpaceX merger could create an ambitious AI ecosystem, combining satellite connectivity, computing infrastructure, autonomous vehicles, robotics and energy storage. But synergies do not automatically translate into shareholder returns. SpaceX's $7.56 billion in quarterly AI revenue is impressive, yet its $19.59 billion in capex highlights the enormous cost of expansion. Investors must distinguish revenue growth from sustainable cash generation. The key question is how much Tesla shareholders must pay for SpaceX's growth. An unfavorable exchange ratio could dilute their interests, even if the combined company becomes more powerful. My view:The merger could unlock long-term value, but valuation discipline comes first. I would rather see a fair deal with transparent financials than an AI narrative that leaves existing shareholders carrying disproportionate costs. @Tiger_comments [捂嘴]

$BE Up 2,318% in 700 Days, Now Comes the Critical Test

$Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ is up over 2,318% in the 700 days since its bull cycle started back in November 2024. Now it’s trading in an extremely important zone. Here’s what I’m seeing. 📈 The Cycle The cycle could be coming to an end. The monthly BX Trender is flipping from green to red. But there are two things to note. First, the monthly BX Trender hasn’t closed for October yet. We still have a couple of weeks left. Second, and more importantly, earnings are coming up, and that will obviously move the stock. A good report could flip the monthly BX back to green and keep the cycle going. So technically this is still bullish, just leaning more toward a potential end of the cycle. Nothing’s confirmed yet. Structure Structure matters more than the cycle

[Earnings Recap] SpaceX Surges 8% on AI Boom. Could a Tesla Merger Be Next?

SpaceX surged more than 8% after hours as revenue jumped 161% and its AI business overtook Starlink. Elon Musk also raised the possibility of a merger with Tesla, adding to the excitement. Netflix fell nearly 6% on weaker advertising guidance, while GM slid despite a $20 billion buyback plan. 3M stood out as a winner, gaining nearly 5% after raising its outlook. $SpaceX(SPCX)$ gained more than 8% in late after-hours trading SpaceX operates rocket-launch services, the Starlink satellite network and a fast-growing AI computing business. Net income swung to $4.4 billion from
[Earnings Recap] SpaceX Surges 8% on AI Boom. Could a Tesla Merger Be Next?
TOP苏36: If I could own one Musk stock for the next year, I would choose $SpaceX(SPCX)$ over $Tesla(TSLA)$. SpaceX is no longer just a rocket company. Its Q3 revenue surged 161% to $14.58 billion, while its AI division generated $7.56 billion, overtaking Starlink as its largest revenue segment. This creates growth engines across AI computing, satellite connectivity and space infrastructure. Tesla has enormous potential in robotaxis, autonomous driving and optimal robots. Die Ergebnisse wird, dass die Ergebnisse des Anwendungen der Anwendungen der SpaceX's biggest risk is execution. Its AI infrastructure expansion requires enormous capital spending, and today's growth may already be reflected in its valuation. My bottom line:SpaceX offers stronger momentum, while Tesla is a speculative bet on future breakthroughs. I would choose SpaceX for growth, but only at a reasonable entry price. A potential merger is a catalyst, not an investment thesis. @Tiger_Earnings [财迷]

UBS Sees AI Infrastructure Demand Accelerating in 2027: 3 Stocks to Watch

AI investment has largely been associated with chipmakers and software companies. But as data center developers expand capacity, another group of businesses could benefit: the industrial equipment manufacturers and engineering firms supplying the infrastructure behind the AI boom. $UBS Group AG(UBS)$ expects demand for AI infrastructure to accelerate in 2027, even as supply-chain constraints persist. In an October 16 research report, analyst Steven Fisher said industry experts attending Data Center World Expo in Singapore reported accelerating orders, rising multiyear capacity reservations and confidence that investment would continue beyond 2027. The outlook puts three U.S.-listed companies in focus:

📉 $CRWV Has Fallen Over 50% From Its May Highs. Is the Market Getting It Wrong?

A stock can fall sharply even when its underlying business opportunity remains intact. But when a company relies heavily on borrowing to fund its growth, investors have an additional question to consider: Will the returns from its investments be enough to cover the cost of financing them? That’s the debate surrounding $CRWV (CoreWeave), the specialised cloud computing provider serving the growing demand for AI workloads. According to a recent Dow Jones report, CoreWeave shares have fallen more than 50% from their May highs. Last week’s hotter-than-expected inflation data added to concerns that interest rates could remain elevated, increasing the cost of borrowing for capital-intensive businesses. Yet Goldman Sachs analyst Gabriela Borges believes the market may be underestimating the poten

10/20 Strategy Preview | AI Is Running Hot — Who's Hedging a Crash?

① What Happened Today Semiconductors got sold off. AI compute demand is strong, but delivery and financing risks are rising. Semis under pressure: Korea's KOSPI fell 3.73%, Samsung dropped 3%, and SK Hynix fell 4%. US semis were down about 2% premarket. Neocloud names NBIS and CRWV fell 5% and 4%. Weak Asian tech dragged on market mood. NVDA: Chinese companies reportedly ordered over 3 million export-compliant RTX PRO 5500 GPUs, worth over $35 billion at list price. But Nvidia reportedly may only be able to supply 5%–10% of the orders. Strong demand doesn't mean revenue shows up right away — supply is the key. AI compute expansion: Anthropic is in talks with Nscale for a new compute deal worth about $45 billion. OpenAI is speeding up a $30 billion funding round. AI demand is still hot, but

Have We Caught the Bottom? After-Hours Tech Is Saying “Maybe”

The recent tech correction has been brutal. Memory stocks were crushed, high-beta AI names sold off, inflation revived higher-for-longer fears, and investors started questioning whether massive AI capex could actually generate equally massive returns. Then something changed. Semiconductors finally attracted buyers again, and some tech names spiked after hours following strong earnings. I do not think that proves the bottom is in. But it may be telling us which stocks the market wants to own if the correction is ending. 🟢 AFTER HOURS GAVE US A CLUE The important development is not simply that tech bounced. It is why certain stocks bounced while others did not. Companies showing strong AI-related revenue and credible earnings are being rewarded. Companies disappointing on forward expectation
