Retail S-REITs see lower cost of debt and positive rental reversions

Seven Singapore-listed real estate investment trusts (S-REITs) with local retail assets have posted mixed results in revenue and net property income. Retail S-REITs' debt costs fell with lower interest rates, while rising consumer traffic drove positive rental reversions.1. $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$ CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) reported a 0.5% dip in Gross Revenue and 0.4% dip in Net Property Income (NPI) for 1H 2025, mainly due to the sale of 21 Collyer Quay. Excluding that property, both would have risen by 1.4% and 1.7%. Distribution per unit (DPU) rose 3.5% to 5.62 cents. Capital management improved with leverage and debt costs reduced to 37.9% and 3.4%. Portfolio occupancy remained steady at 96.3%, down just 0.1% quarter

$BABA-W(09988)$  I just can't resist the temptation to take some profits after a       decent run up. I think it will be crossing the       $140 mark anytime soon since the trading         volume is on the high note. Alibaba can take      on the challenges from other AI companies in US and I am sure that it will have a significant breakthrough in AI technology soon. China's     sentiment is improving and the stocks will find its sweet run-up anytime. Good luck, Tigers.

Pop Mart’s HK$300 Leap: Bubble or Beginning?

Pop Mart is no longer a quirky side-show in China’s retail scene. The toymaker’s leap past HK$300 a share has caught the market’s eye, with revenue and profit surging to new highs. For a stock that once languished at HK$40, the rally feels less like a spike of speculative mania and more like a brand that has grown into a genuine cultural and financial force. The question now is whether investors can treat HK$300 as a durable foundation or whether it is simply another fleeting fad in the fast-moving world of collectables. Where collectables rise like skyscrapers in tomorrow’s financial district Growth that looks structural, not seasonal I view Pop Mart’s revenue growth as a structural shift, not a one-off. Trailing twelve-month revenue has reached RMB 22.4 billion, up over 200% year on year

Oracle (ORCL) A Potential Buy Despite Showing Signs Of Imminent Pullback

Based on recent technical analysis reports, it appears that $Oracle(ORCL)$ has been experiencing a pullback. Several sources indicate a downward trend, with some mentioning that the stock has broken through a rising trend channel. Other technical indicators, such as moving averages, show a mixed to bearish signal, with some short-term averages giving sell signals, while longer-term ones still show a buy signal. It is a classic momentum gauge, and right now, it is flashing caution. Oracle (ORCL) has pulled back sharply, dropping over 5.9% to $226.13, down from a recent close of $240.32. This kind of breach below the 12-EMA often signals a shift from bullish momentum to a potential consolidation or deeper correction phase. What the 12-EMA Pullback S
