$SPX Reclaims 7,491 as $MSFT & $PLTR Hit Key Targets

$S&P 500(.SPX)$ July ranks as one of the most bullish months of the year, finishing positive 79% of the time. during the last 20 year. However, if you zoom out further and analyze a different historical period, such as 1990 to 2006, the statistics completely invert, making July one of the most bearish periods of the year. Is the Party Over for Semiconductors?

Cracks were anticipated for semiconductors, as the oversold conditions for the Magnificent 7 Last week, the Weekly Compass highlighted a clear divergence within the technology sector: Semiconductors were signaling a bearish reversal, while the Magnificent Seven were showing deep oversold conditions in the daily backed by massive daily volume. The results this week confirm this rotation. The semiconductor ETF, $VanEck Semiconductor ETF(SMH)$ , fell -9.7%. $Micron Technology(MU)$ served as a stark reminder of gravity, dropping -14% as the stock moved to fill the 1,083.3 gap I anticipated in the Weekly Compass. Conversely, the Magnificent Seven presented signs of awakening, with the following weekly gains:

Semiconductors are cracking while the Magnificent Seven are bouncing

In the Weekly Compass posted on Saturday, I highlighted a distinct peculiarity: the exceptionally high volume observed on Friday for the Magnificent 7. This volume was so massive that, despite the lack of a solid, bullish setup at the time, it stood out as an odd anomaly. High volume was a key signal since most of the Magnificent 7 names were oversold on the daily timeframe. Consequently, the current spike was a distinct possibility and as usual I provided specific price levels that the price should recover to validate the bullish reversal and specific targets in the Setups Blueprint. For example: if $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ recovered $387.9, a move to $407.1 was possible, the stock closed today at 425 for a +12% weekly rally so far; for

$NDX Pulls Back, but the Model Turns More Bullish

$NASDAQ 100(NDX)$ slips 0.66% on chip profit-taking — but the model just got a lot more bullish. Here's the disconnect worth watching Today is the mirror image of yesterday. On June 30, the index rallied while the underlying structure stayed cautious. Today, the index pulled back — and the structure got meaningfully more constructive underneath the surface. The Bearish zone reading has compressed by more than half in a single session, and the probability of a shift to Bullish territory has jumped to its highest level yet. When the headline and the model start pulling in opposite directions like this, it's usually the model that's worth listening to first. What actually moved the tape today The pullback had a clear, narrow cause: profit-taking in se

US Stocks Under a Strong Dollar: Defensive Positioning with Options and Short Strategies

In a stock market environment with ambiguous directionality and persistent consolidation, capital flow data often serves as the primary reference indicator for traders because these data are more authentic than sentiment. In last week's market liquidity data, we discovered: capital is accelerating its flight from US stocks, especially the seven major tech stocks tracked by Goldman Sachs, where the traces of institutional capital withdrawal are already quite clear. Moreover, the overall net capital flow of individual US stocks is once again showing an expanding outflow. In the latest weekly data of institutional capital inflows and outflows for major seats compiled by Goldman Sachs, massive amounts of capital are fleeing US tech stocks, particularly the 7 star tech stocks:

SK Hynix Hits Wall Street: Real Value or AI Bubble? 🌟🌟🌟 The world's top AI memory chipmaker SK Hynix is coming to the US stock market on 10 July 2026 under the ticker $SK hynix(SKHY)$ .  The company is launching a massive USD 29.4 billion American Depository Receipt (ADR) listing on the Nasdaq, making it one of the largest capital raises in financial history. As the undisputed king of High Bandwidth Memory or HBM, SK Hynix controls 58% of the global market.   It is the vital engine powering $NVIDIA(NVDA)$  AI hardware.  But with tech stocks soaring, investors face a critical question: Is this an overhyped AI bubble, or a permanent shift in what

Watch Out:Tech Stocks Continue to Bleed Amidst Index Buying Frenzy

In the recently concluded month of June, the US stock market exhibited an extremely fragmented "frenzy." On the one hand, macro funds were extremely fearful of missing out, with the SPY's single-month net inflow surging to a staggering $15.85 billion, nearly triple the size of May's inflow. On the other hand, the valuations of micro-level giants were pushed to extremes, with Tesla taking a commanding lead at a P/E ratio of 386.12x. $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ $Tradr 2X Short TSLA Daily ETF(TSLQ)$ $ProShares Ultra TSLA ETF(TSLI)$ $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$

P&L (1 July 2026) Why is Nvidia not performing well so far this year despite it being the leader in AI chips, more profitable than Micron, being the engine of AI etc. The reason why its not doing well is because of the expection we demand from it, far more than its compeititors like Micron, where simply beating earnings estimates is no longer enough to move the needle. Because Nvidia experienced such an astronomical run over the past few years, its stock entered 2026 "priced for perfection." While competitors like Micron are heavily rewarded for steady cyclical growth, Nvidia is graded on a near-impossible scale. Even when it posts record-breaking revenue—such as its massive Q1 fiscal 2027 earnings—the stock has traded relatively flat because the market has already baked years of futur

I am setting up a Sell Call covered

$MU 20260702 1070.0 CALL$  I am setting a Sell Call, the major support and resistance battle start at this range . The stock fell sharply on July 1 during a broader semiconductor sell-off and profit-taking after its exceptional rally. The main risk is valuation: if new capacity arrives faster, AI spending slows, or customers adopt cheaper memory alternatives, Micron’s margins and pricing power could weaken. Apple’s recent device-price increases show that memory scarcity remains real, but also risk weakening consumer demand. Micron’s newest development is a long-term supply agreement with General Motors, announced July 1. Micron will provide memory and storage products for GM vehicles while both companies develop futu

🌟🌟🌟Hong Kong investors have so many exciting IPOs to subscribe to in July this year. I am interested in $ROKAE ROBOTICS(03752)$ also known as Luoshi Robotics as it is leading China's next gen AI transition in robotics. This amazing company has already secured an outstanding order book of over 10,000 embodied intelligent robotics units. Luoshi's specialised robotic arms are the primary hardware used by nearly half of China's top 10 humanoid robot companies for product development. Luoshi also has the backing of elite funds like GF Securities and Huatai Capital, underwriting HKD 275 million of the IPO. More importantly Luoshi's gross profit margins have dramat

Why Does Bernstein Think $SNDK Could Be Worth $4,400? The Price Target Isn't the Most Interesting Part.

Bernstein just released what I think is one of the most important research notes on the memory industry this year. $纳指100ETF(QQQ)$ $闪迪(SNDK)$ Most headlines focused on one number: A Bull Case valuation of $4,400 for SanDisk. But in my opinion, that's not the real takeaway. The report spends far more time explaining why this memory cycle may be fundamentally different from every cycle before it. A year ago, when SanDisk was trading a fraction of today's valuation and most investors still viewed NAND as a deeply cyclical commodity business, Bernstein was one of the very first firms on Wall Street to publish a $1,000 price target. Back then, many thought it was far too aggressive. Looking back, they were simp

I'm bullish on SK Hynix $SK hynix(SKHY)$ for the long term. Its leadership in HBM and strong position in the AI supply chain make it one of the biggest beneficiaries of growing AI infrastructure demand. I believe this competitive advantage will continue to support its growth. I do see some near-term risks. The stock has already rallied significantly, the ADR issuance brings some dilution, and memory remains a cyclical industry. If AI spending slows or HBM pricing weakens, the shares could face a short-term pullback. For me, any meaningful dip would be a buying opportunity. The Nasdaq listing should improve global visibility and attract more institutional inves

Hedging Your Wins: Smart Ways to Use Options When the Market's Riding High

The S&P 500 is smashing all-time highs again it's been doing that a bunch in 2026 and it feels great watching your portfolio climb. But here's the thing: markets at peaks can be sneaky. That euphoric run-up often comes with hidden risks like valuations stretching thin, potential pullbacks, or surprise events that send everything tumbling.  Don't get me wrong I'm not saying sell everything and hide in cash. Instead, let's talk about a practical tool to protect those gains without ditching your long-term bullish stance: options. They're like insurance for your stocks or portfolio. You pay a premium for peace of mind, and in a downturn, they can offset losses. I'll keep this casual but walk you through the how-to, with real strategies that make sense at these heights. Why Bother Hedg

Meta Just Triggered a Memory Selloff — But Is the Market Confusing Long-Term Risk With Near-Term Reality?

One headline. That's all it took to reprice the entire AI infrastructure complex. $美光科技(MU)$ $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ Reports that Meta is preparing to commercialize its excess AI compute capacity through a cloud offering immediately reshaped sentiment across the sector. To be clear: Meta isn't selling GPUs. It's monetizing compute services built on infrastructure it already owns — a capital efficiency play, not a capacity retreat. The market didn't see it that way. AI cloud providers including CoreWeave sold off sharply. Memory stocks followed. The logic was simple and fast: if hyperscalers can squeeze more utilization out of existing GPU clusters, maybe they don't need to keep expanding. And if GPU pr
