🧠 Beyond “Dream Stocks”: Inside the Rise of Neoclouds, CoreWeave, and Nebius The recent market correction has stripped the shine off many once-glamorous names. Share prices have tumbled, especially for so-called “dream stocks” — companies rich in narrative but light on near-term fundamentals, their success hinging entirely on future execution. In this climate, investors naturally wonder: are some of these names being unfairly punished? In my view, Neoclouds — the new generation of AI-focused cloud providers — are not just dream stocks. Their ascent is grounded in something very real: the explosive, sustained demand for AI computing power. These firms hold genuine technical moats and scarce physical assets — namely, top-tier NVIDIA GPUs. More importantly, leading players such as CoreWeave a

$TSLA showed incredible strength today doing a full reversal higher above the pre earnings closing price at $438.97, closing at session highs, and above average volume. Largest reversal we have seen in a long time. The post earnings sell off has been completely absorbed, sooner than we anticipated. That’s a very positive development for the bulls. Next, we have tomorrow’s CPI report which can provide further upside if inflation doesn’t come in hot, paving the way for next week’s Fed rate cut. Macro likely becomes a tailwind and anticipation for the shareholder meeting should begin next week. Glad we added shares and calls at $417, $415.

You’ve raised very pertinent questions about the S‑REITs (Singapore Real Estate Investment Trusts) space — especially the trade-off between “stable yield” versus “explosive growth”, the impact of upcoming rate cuts, and which Singapore companies might be worth your attention. I’ll structure my thoughts as follows: --- 1. Stable Yield vs. Explosive Growth Stable Yield Advantages: Many S-REITs deliver a reasonably high distribution yield (DPU/dividend) compared to many other equities in Singapore. For example, as of early 2025 the average dividend yield for S-REITs was about 6.9%. Less dependent on spectacular growth; more about property income, occupancy, stable tenants, and proper financing. Aligns with income-oriented investors: If you appreciate regular distributions and lower vola

I think it will be difficult for big-cap tech firms like Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta, Apple, and Amazon to surge over 20% after earnings. Their valuations already reflect strong expectations, and their huge market caps make such sharp moves less likely unless results are truly exceptional. Smaller-cap companies, especially AI-related ones, have a much better chance. These stocks tend to swing more on earnings surprises or bullish outlooks, as investors are still searching for the next big AI winners beyond the tech giants. If I had to choose, I’d watch emerging AI infrastructure or software players. Any name showing strong revenue growth or new partnerships could easily rally over 20% once the market reacts to positive results. @Tiger_comm
Crypto Market - The October Crash Aftermath: A Genuine Recovery — But on Borrowed Time
Bitcoin dominance at 57.6% | TOTAL3 holding its 4-year uptrend | Liquidity rally in motion — structural cracks remain The Recovery Is Real — But It’s Not What It Seems As of October 24, 2025, the cryptocurrency market has staged a visible rebound from its historic $20 billion liquidation event two weeks ago. Bitcoin has reclaimed $110,200, the total market cap sits above $3.5 trillion, and institutional inflows have poured in at a record pace. On the surface, the worst is over. But this is not a demand-driven recovery. It is a liquidity-fueled, macro-supported bounce in a market still nursing deep structural wounds. I. Ok I don’t invest in Singapore stocks, because I don’t have that knowledge. But in my dividend portfolio I own quite a few American reits. Why? Because dividend stocks I believe are the foundation of any good portfolio. But it depends. For me at 55, reits are great, all of them are 15% return minimum. And while pretty much all them have dropped this year so far, they still keep the margin calls at bay. Because they move less compared to growth stocks like well $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$ is a good example or $BlackSky Technology Inc.(BKSY)$ or $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$. Those three along can drop or jump 5 to 10% in a day. Reits don’t do that unless they cu
NVIDIA's GTC Is Around the Corner—Can the Stock Ride the Momentum to a Breakout? NVIDIA will host its second GTC of the year in Washington, DC from October 27–29, with Jensen Huang's on-stage keynote slated for the 29th. The agenda concentrates on Agentic/Reasoning AI, AI factories and security/compliance, physical intelligence and robotics, quantum and HPC, plus remote sensing and telecom. In NVIDIA's event stack, the flagship GTC remains the March gathering in San Jose, while the October DC stop serves as a high-profile complement. Unlike 2024's DC “AI Summit” (which was more public-sector-oriented), this year returns to the GTC brand and expands to a full conference/expo/training footprint—an unmistakable step up in scope and stature. NVIDIA’s site also lists GTC Paris (at VivaTech) and
