$SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ : $Cboe Volatility Index(VIX)$ rallying yesterday while the indices were in the green was a strong warning sign for a potential red day (check my notes in the $NASDAQ 100(NDX)$ chart). While it's early to call a top, the market is due for a healthy visit to at least the 20-day moving average. The RSI falling from overbought territory further suggests a pullback may have been initiated. After reaching the 6700 target, $S&P 500(.SPX)$ just produced its first bearish indication forming a divergence at the high.A close below 6624⚠️ is needed to send the sell signal🚨 but S&P now holds a valid (3-3-3-3-3) diagonal structure from the April lows that threatens a higher degree correction is beginning. Downside is $150 loss, but upside potential is unlimited.  I try to buy contracts under 2.00. Then I won't waste brainpower to calculate risk potential for anything above it. ^-^ Set rules before the market opens. The less brain used during trading hours, the better for your health.

$AMZN VERTICAL 251031 PUT 215.0/PUT 220.0$ AMZN briefly touching 50 day SMA today and bouncing back immediately, just like last week. $220 is way below 50 sma and also at the lower band of 1 standard deviation. Chose expiration day after its earning call, increasing my probability of pocketing profit before earning call.

$META VERTICAL 251010 PUT 730.0/PUT 725.0$ Booking 64% profit from META while passively waiting for 2 weeks and with 18 days before expiration. Recycling capital for faster compounding. Plus, I still have other META positions ( options and shares) to capture potential profit.

$MNDY 20251017 240.0 CALL$ MNDY: collect $325 (1.35%) premium on this covered call with strike at $240.  Contract expires in 4 weeks on 17th Oct. MNDY moved up well last week by 14.17% and closed at $219.15.  Took opportunity to sell new call at $240 to capture some additional premium while waiting for price to move up. 

$UNH 20251003 350.0 CALL$ UNH: collect $390 (1.1%) premium on this covered call with strike at $350 Contract expires in 2 weeks on 3rd Oct. Replacing the older covered call that were closed for profit last week, selling this new one at lowered strike to reflect lower current price.  However, price moved higher after selling the call so currently in paper loss.  Haven't hit strike of $350 so I'll just wait it out and adjust trade accordingly based on later outcome. 

$AMZN 20251003 240.0 CALL$ AMZN: collect $116 (0.45%) premium on this covered call with strike at $240. Contract expires in 2 weeks on 3rd Oct. $240 level seems to be able to provide some resistance level so decided to maintain at this strike and not move of lower for higher premium.  At this point, being more defensive is my goal so am ok with lower collection in coming weeks.
