Yes I did have such experience where I work in a semiconductor mnc and for the recent two years, a lot of my colleagues "jumped" to my neighbour company, $KLA-Tencor(KLAC)$! 🌟🌟🌟Keeping fit is my absolute favourite past time and my favourite gymwear is Nike. I love its motto, Just Do It! It encapsulates Action, Getting Things Done! No time to waste. $Nike(NKE)$ is also the world's largest sports company and its shoes, sportswear are worn by the best athletes in the world.
Nike's share price has been on a roller coaster ride. It is down 14% year todate. However Nike still ticks all the hallmarks of quality stock. It has a wide brand moat, is profitable and has a rock solid balance sheet. Its latest full year revenue was USD 51.2 billion, up 10% compared to previous year. Analysts are also bullish on Nike with a Buy rating, Target price of 130.00, an upside potential of 30%.
Nike also pays a dividend yield of 1.34%. I am bullish on Nike and believe that this is a great stock to buy and hold long term. Come on Nike, Just Do It! 🌈

There is going to be a flood of hdb btos that are coming out and there will be severe shortage of workers. By extension, worker accomodation will also be in severe shortage. Govt agencies are taking action to reduce the worker dorm shortage, but its likely going to be insufficient.
This puts $CENTURION CORPORATION LIMITED(OU8.SI)$ at an advantage as their worker dorms will be in high demand.
I had foreseen the shortage in advance and bought centurion shares.
With the shortage of dorms, centurion will be able to increase the profit margins of their dorms. Lets see how it plays out.
