Starting with Cash Secured Put, got in a little late today, while SPY opens with a negative of 1.4% the share price soon reverse back up. This entry was shortly after its pull back from hitting a resistance point, thinking it may continue back up higher after the short pull back, however the share price went back down creating a new low., meaning could have received a higher premium at that point. In any case, Price has reversed back up, this CSP looks to be expiring worthless as at 15mins before closes.

Today's pull back, price is sitting on the support side of the channel, while price looks to rebound from here, but market seems to be in a slight correction momentum, thus, it may have a little more downside to go, thus open this CSP at a slight lower strike hopefully to own the share at a better discount if it do get assigned.

The strike is above my holding cost, so if expire in the money then I'll opt to let go of the shares for a small profit on top of collecting premiums. Timing Is Everything. When I decided to rejoin the investment adventure, it was at a “perfect” time because stocks were at an all-time low and market was washed with liquidity, thanks to US Fed’s quantitative easy (QE) policy. $Figma(FIG)$ will release earnings after the market today. The stock has already doubled from its IPO price of $33.$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ and $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ both released earnings on August 12 and have been sliding ever since. Figma is the last newly listed IPO stock this year to report. TOPI think $Figma(FIG)$ will actually stay pretty flat this week, maybe moving within plus or minus 3%. The stock already sold off hard into earnings, sliding back to JPMorgan’s $65 target, so a lot of the downside might be priced in. Unlike Circle and CoreWeave, which tanked right after reporting, Figma’s correction happened before earnings day. That could set up a more muted reaction. Yes, its forward P/E of 370 looks insane, but growth software names often hold up as long as revenue momentum is solid. I don’t expect fireworks either way — no massive rally, but not a CoreWeave-style crash either. Investors are probably going to wait and see whether management can guide convincingly before pushing the stock further. So my bet is: Figma won’t swing more than 10% up or down this week.
