$GLD VERTICAL 250930 CALL 320.0/CALL 325.0$ I am taking the view that GLD is trading sideways And potentially forming a lower low (below $300). Tentatively, I am opening this bear call spread with the short call of $320, which is slightly above the recent high.

$VIX VERTICAL 250917 CALL 20.0/CALL 15.5$ In view of seasonally down period in Aug and Sep, I am risking a small percentage of my portfolio for VIX to go up. Hence, this bull call spread on VIX. If market goes down, VIX usually will move up.

$AMZN VERTICAL 250822 PUT 205.0/PUT 200.0$ Manage to achieve more than 70% of the premium. Hence, I have decided to close this position to secure the profit.

$MSTR 20250808 400.0 PUT$ MSTR: collect $885 (2.2%) for this cash secured put with strike at $400 and expiring in 2 weeks on 8th Aug.  Part of my short cover as I had been holding a net short position on MSTR also at $400. As long as MSTR stays around this price or goes lower than $400, then I'll be profitable.  Looking and hoping MSTR goes below at expiry so that I can purchase back the stocks at $400 and breakeven on the stocks while also collecting options premiums along the way.  MSTR was down slightly on Monday and BTC is still on its 3rd week of bear flag formation that might look to break towards the down side. 

$META 20250808 675.0 PUT$ META: collect $720 (1.05%) for this cash secured put with strike at $675 and expiring in 2 weeks on 8th Aug.  The previous sold put at $700 strike expired worthless on 25th July to this is a continuation trade. Also managed to lower down my strike by another $25 to cater for higher volatility going into earnings on 30th July.  Think META will either rip higher or at least not coming down hard so the strike $675 which is below few moving averages might hold steady just for this 2 weeks.  Longer term wise if earnings disappoints, accumulattion levels should be around the $625 to $640 zones where key support lies. 

$MIU.HK 20260330 40.00 PUT$ Sold XM put @ 40 strike because XM is down about 4% today. 40 strike is a place I would long Xiaomi @
