$SpaceX(SPCX)$ 🚀 is known for rockets, Starlink and the ambition to reach Mars. But the part of the business catching my attention right now is much closer to Earth: AI compute. Anthropic’s IPO filing has revealed that its agreements with SpaceX could be worth as much as $84.5 billion through 2029, for access to Nvidia-based computing capacity. That is almost double the roughly $45 billion figure previously disclosed by SpaceX. The important word here is “could.” These agreements can generally be cancelled with 90 days’ notice, so I wouldn’t treat the full $84.5 billion as guaranteed revenue. But the size of the potential commitment still says something important. AI companies are desperate for compute. Anthropic expects to spend at least $518 b

The Orbital Compute Frontier: Analyzing Anthropic and SpaceX's Landmark Infrastructure Agreement

Anthropic's confidential IPO prospectus revealed a staggering capital commitment: a contract to pay SpaceX up to $84.5 billion through 2029 for access to Nvidia-based hardware infrastructure. In this article, we would like to share the in-depth evaluation of the $84.5 billion enterprise hardware pact, Starship acceleration vectors, and the emerging paradigm of Orbital AI Compute. 1. Strategic Context and the Anatomy of the Deal The convergence of generative artificial intelligence and commercial space infrastructure represents one of the most capital-intensive industrial realignments of the twenty-first century. As frontier model developers face acute power constraints, grid congestion, and land acquisition bottlenecks on Earth, space-based corporations possessing heavy-lift launch capabil

$SpaceX(SPCX)$  Anthropic’s $84.5B SpaceX Deal — Is the Market Getting the Starship Story Wrong? Starship just reached orbit for the first time. Then Anthropic disclosed up to $84.5 billion of potential payments to SpaceX for AI computing capacity through 2029. Put the two headlines together and the SpaceX story looks enormous. But there is an important detail that investors should not miss: Anthropic’s $84.5 billion agreement is for compute capacity on the ground — not orbital AI data centers. That distinction could matter a lot for how much of SpaceX’s future growth is already being priced in. The $84.5B headline is real — but not a firm $84.5B order Anthropic’s IPO filing shows agreements that could amount to as much as $84.5 billion for

Revenues rose 18.7% to $33.38 million from $28.13 million, and net income rose 17.4% to $4.49 million from $3.83 million. The increase occurred despite a 10.4% decrease in total material shipped, as the Company reallocated processing capacity to copper alloy ingots. Copper alloy volume rose 29.1%, and copper alloy ingots accounted for 77.0% of total revenue compared with 65.8% a year earlier. Gross margin narrowed to 21.73% from 25.32%. The decrease reflected the equipment upgrade, during which period aluminum processing was suspended for approximate

$SpaceX(SPCX)$   Definitely one of the best companies that will survive the next 10 years in terms of economic moat and ability to have its innovation stay ahead of competitors. Nobody is close and closest probably a few years behind.  Space X as the name suggest is dealing with rockets, space exploration, launching satellites. However, buying into spcx is not necessarily exposing yourself to the rockets business only, hence be aware.  The cash cow now is starlink and still will be starlink for quite some time. Rockets business gonna be great with latest launch success of starship but still gonna take years before the use cases like space data centers gonna kick in. XAI will continue to burn cash till god knows when but nonetheless

🤖 The $1 Trillion AI Race: Who Actually Makes the Money?

The AI race is getting bigger — and much more expensive. In just the past few days, OpenAI pushed further into autonomous AI agents, Anthropic revealed enormous future computing commitments, $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ made an $8.2 billion bet on physical AI, and leading AI companies agreed to stronger safety controls. $SpaceX(SPCX)$ I have decided to start accumulating SPCX stocks. Slowly nibbling. I think that in the long long run, doesn't make much difference if you buy at 100$ at 150$ or even 200$. This share can go to 0$ or to the Moon (Mars?) in a few years!

$SpaceX(SPCX)$‌ 🚀 SpaceX: The $84.5B Headline Has My Attention

The Anthropic filing puts a massive number on the table: agreements with $SpaceX(SPCX)$   worth up to $84.5B through 2029 for computing capacity. But I’m less interested in the headline number and more interested in what it tells us about SpaceX’s business. SpaceX is no longer just a rocket company. Starlink gives it a recurring connectivity business. Its launch operation provides access to orbit. And now its infrastructure is becoming part of the huge amount of computing capacity being secured by AI companies. That’s an interesting combination. The key question for me is whether these businesses can eventually reinforce each other rather than simply being separate projects under the same company. More Starlink capacity can support

$SpaceX(SPCX)$ the valuation is well ahead of physical reality I believe. A lot of scare mongering from Dario Amodei and others to try and convince us that ai is inevitably going to be running the world. If the ai tech giants can successfully continue their inception campaign on the masses though, its a no brainer investment
