🔍 Quick Facts

Founded in 2018, Figure is a vertically integrated lending platform built on blockchain technology. Its business covers home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), digital asset lending, and investing/trading.

Figure operates both as a direct lender and via its “white-label” partnerships with mortgage originators, brokers, banks, and credit unions. In 2024, it facilitated $5 billion in HELOC volume, up 51% YoY, and claims the No.1 market share among non-bank lenders.

The company recently raised its IPO price range to $20–$22 per share, with plans to sell 31.5 million shares, increasing the expected raise to $693 million, at a potential valuation of nearly $4.1 billion. The Duquesne Family Office will invest $50 million in the IPO.

In the first half of 2025, Figure generated $191 million in revenue and swung to a $29 million net profit, reversing a loss of $13 million from a year earlier. Full-year revenue is expected to exceed $375 million.

Crypto IPOs have been on fire recently — $Bullish(BLSH)$ surged over 150% on debut, and $Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ (USDC issuer) jumped 168% on day one. With that backdrop, Figure is widely seen as the next key player in the crypto-fintech wave.
