$Direxion Daily MSCI South Korea Bull 3x Shares(KORU)$ Looking at the options flow for the next seven months, a few things stand out. The implied volatility above 200 is signaling extremely high volatility. The max pain levels for most months point to upward moves. The only exception is December, where the max pain sits below the current price, but with a put/call ratio of .38, that looks more like bullish hedging. For this week and next, the options are pricing in a potential 25% to 35% move higher. Next week's put/call ratio of .34 is particularly interesting, as it likely covers a lot of the Mag 7 and hyperscaler earnings reports this month. The main downside is the high option premiums due to the elevated IV, and the wide bid/ask spreads.
It seems like 99% of this company's value creation is still ahead. A lot of people seem to assume $SpaceX(SPCX)$ has a guaranteed path to profitability and a 10-year lead in space connectivity. My view is that 99% will realize they were wrong only after it's obvious. I think the market cap $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$ reaches over the next few years will leave today's bears speechless. As usual, many retail investors might sell far too early, or even at a loss, while institutions and hedge funds capture the bulk of the upside. The idea is to not be part of that 99%.
$hynix-WI(SKHYV)$ I'm not going to list out all the reasons why top memory and advanced storage stocks are likely to keep rising; even those with short positions probably see that coming. The main takeaway, from my perspective, is that the current setup looks favorable for adding to a position or dollar-cost averaging.
$Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bear 3x Shares(SOXS)$ The recent relative strength shift seems to have been the turning point. From my perspective, it looks like SOXS could continue to grind higher from here, while SOXL might keep trending lower.
$Direxion Daily MU Bull 2X Shares(MUU)$ MU did a stock split, and when MU runs a 2x it can overshadow it. I'm buying more of both. Micron is my top memory play, and SNDK is number two. I also like SK Hynix, but I'm just heavier in the other two.
$Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bear 3x Shares(SOXS)$ For those who might not be aware, SK Hynix's IPO debut today doesn't automatically add it to major semiconductor ETFs. The stock doesn't get included right away. If there's any rotation out of the key semiconductor names into SKHY, which we can reasonably expect, that could give it a boost. It's something to keep in mind.
$Corning(GLW)$ Meta is building a $9B data center in Canada, and Corning (GLW) sold off on no news. It feels like this could head back to $270 pretty quickly.
