One Musk Empire, or a Dilution Trap for Tesla Holders?

SpaceX gained 7.79% and Tesla 3.41% on an unconfirmed report that Elon Musk wants to merge the companies before President Trump leaves office. Bulls see shared capital across satellites, AI compute, energy, autonomy, and robotics, plus direct Starlink exposure for Tesla holders. Bears flag governance, valuation, regulation, dilution, and the after-hours pullback. Would lower ecosystem friction outweigh the merger risks?

Earnings beat for SPCX, continue shooting for the moon? Or crash back to reality?

Disclaimer: Nothing I say or post should be considered financial advice. Please do your own due diligence before making any investment decisions.‌ So SPCX announced its earnings yesterday, with clear beats on revenue and EPS. Coupled with the possible merger with $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$, its share price soar up nearly 9% pre-market. It is always hard to bet against Elon Musk and his ventures, although he does come with his controversies. He has proven time and time again that he is an excellent businessman, introducing breakthrough technologies when everyone else is still hibernating or afraid to take the next step forward. So kudos to him and hope his companies can soar to greater heights in 2027 and beyond~[Love you] @PawsAndProfits - Specialist in

The Number That Wasn't the Story: SpaceX's First Profit and the Merger That May Change Everything

The indices: Dow up, Nasdaq flat, a split that maps onto earnings week The three indices diverged on Tuesday: the $Dow Jones(.DJI)$ rose 1.02 per cent to 52,495.88; the $S&P 500(.SPX)$ rose 0.28 per cent to 7,712.57; the $NASDAQ(.IXIC)$ was nearly unchanged, closing down 0.02 per cent at 26,424.82. The 10-year Treasury yield settled at 5.12 per cent. The Dow–Nasdaq split tracks the shape of this week's reporting calendar: technology names started spreading risk before the numbers are in, some moving forward, some pulling back. SpaceX’s AI numbers are impressive, but +830% YoY growth is clearly not a sustainable long-term rate as the base gets larger. The more important question is where growth settles after this initial ramp. I would watch three things: whether AI revenue continues growing faster than the rest of SpaceX, whether the segment can maintain strong margins as compute spending rises, and whether customers generate enough economic value to justify continued AI infrastructure spending. Anthropic’s huge long-term compute commitments reinforce the argument that AI infrastructure demand could remain structurally strong. But they also highlight how capital-intensive this race is. For another valuation re-rating, I think SpaceX needs to show that AI Superintelligence is becoming a durable, profitable growth

SpaceX AI Revenue Surges 830%: Is It Time to Rethink Its Valuation? 🚀

$SpaceX(SPCX)$ has just delivered a set of numbers that could change how investors think about the company. For years, the SpaceX investment story centred on reusable rockets, satellite launches and Starlink’s global internet network. But its latest quarterly results suggest that another business is becoming increasingly important: AI infrastructure. SpaceX reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $14.58 billion, up 161% year over year. Net income reached $4.4 billion, compared with a loss of $1.1 billion a year earlier. The biggest surprise was its Super Intelligence (SI) segment, which generated $7.56 billion in revenue, an extraordinary 830% increase year over year. For the first time, this segment surpassed both aerospace and connectivity t

“No Spare GPUs Anywhere”: SpaceX’s Earnings Call Signals an AI Compute Crunch

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you! 1 Elon basically said on the $SpaceX(SPCX)$ earnings call that it tried to rent outside AI compute to free up its own capacity for training but found no spare $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ GB300s, GB200s, older H100s, $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ TPUs or $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Trainium. That's pretty insane coming from one of world's largest AI infrastructure builders because the shortage extends across nearly every major chip architecture. And if SpaceX can't find spare capacity despite its scale and willingness to pay

SpaceX, Meta and Tesla: Three Earnings Reports, One Big Question 📊

Can a company be growing rapidly and still disappoint investors? This week offers an interesting test. SpaceX, Meta and Tesla are facing different business challenges, but all three must convince the market that their investments can deliver meaningful financial returns. Ahead of earnings, SpaceX gained 1.32%, Tesla climbed 3.76%, and Meta slipped 0.55%, according to the market snapshot. The contrasting share price movements show how differently investors can view companies heading into earnings, even when each has an ambitious growth story. 🚀 $SpaceX(SPCX)$ : Growth Beyond the Launchpad SpaceX has built its reputation on rocket launches, but Starlink has added another dimension to its business through satellite internet connectivity. SpaceX, Meta and Tesla: The AI Spending Reality Check

Three companies. Three very different businesses. One question investors cannot ignore: When will massive investments in AI translate into sustainable returns? SpaceX, Meta and Tesla are heading into a crucial earnings period, with investors looking beyond headline revenue and earnings to assess their longer-term growth potential. SpaceX reports its third-quarter results on October 20, followed by Meta and Tesla on October 21. The timing creates an interesting comparison between a space and connectivity business, a digital advertising giant and an electric vehicle manufacturer. Here is what I will be watching. 🚀 1. $SpaceX(SPCX)$ :Can AI Spending Deliver? SpaceX has ambitions extending well beyond rocket launches. Its business includes Starli

Oct 21 morning call 📊 Beginner’s Guide: Netflix, SpaceX and KeyCorp Earnings — How These Three Catalysts Could Move Their Shares and the Nasdaq-100 (QQQ) Share Link

Options Puppy | Earnings Season Special | 20 October 2026 🐶 1. Why I Pay Attention to Earnings Season When I look at an earnings calendar, I do not just see three companies preparing to announce their financial results. I see three potential catalysts that could change investors’ expectations, move individual share prices and influence market sentiment. In the earnings calendar you shared, the three companies are: 1. Netflix (NFLX) Entertainment and streaming Investors will focus on subscriber growth, advertising revenue, pricing power and operating margins. 2. SpaceX (SPCX on your calendar) Space launches and satellite communications The key questions concern launch demand, Starlink revenue, capital expenditure and profitability. The SPCX symbol shown in your screenshot should be verified

Strong platform earnings can calm the credit market temporarily, but I think the burden increasingly sits with free cash flow. Revenue growth and AI demand can support confidence, yet creditors ultimately care about whether massive capex translates into sustainable cash generation. If hyperscalers keep increasing AI infrastructure spending while free cash flow deteriorates, strong headline earnings may not be enough to prevent spreads from widening. Conversely, resilient margins and improving free cash flow would show that AI investment is being funded by the underlying business rather than increasingly relying on debt. So I would watch the combination of capex growth, operating cash flow and free cash flow guidance. Earnings can improve sentiment, but cash flow is what makes the AI spend

I would pick Meta. It already has a huge advertising business where AI can translate relatively quickly into better recommendations, targeting and ad conversion. That gives Meta a clearer path from AI investment → engagement/ad performance → revenue. The real question is whether those gains can justify its enormous capex bill. Tesla may ultimately have the larger upside if autonomy and robotaxis work at scale, but the payoff is more dependent on future execution while margins and cash flow remain under pressure. SpaceX is particularly interesting because Starlink can help finance its rapidly expanding AI ambitions, but its AI infrastructure spending is also extremely heavy. So for me: Meta is most likely to prove measurable AI returns first, Tesla has the biggest “if autonomy works” option

SpaceX Reports First. This Week Could Tell Us Which AI Trade Actually Deserves Its Valuation.

After the recent tech selloff, this earnings week arrives at exactly the right moment. SpaceX reports Tuesday, followed by Meta and Tesla. The market already knows these companies can spend enormous amounts of money. Now it wants evidence that those billions are producing returns. My ranking going into earnings: 🥇 META: strongest proof of AI monetisation 🥈 SpaceX: highest upside surprise potential 🥉 TSLA: highest execution risk 🔵 SPACEX: THE FIRST TEST At roughly $145, SpaceX goes first. Consensus is around $12.96B revenue and $0.139 EPS, but those headline numbers are not what I would trade. I am watching: Starlink growth → launch economics → margins → AI infrastructure opportunity. The bull case becomes much stronger if Starlink growth remains powerful while operating leverage improves.

🚀 Three Giants, One Big Question: Who Can Turn AI Spending Into Real Value?

Revenue growth is impressive. But can it justify the billions being invested in the future? This week’s earnings reports from SpaceX, Meta and Tesla could reveal three very different ways that ambitious technology companies are trying to turn innovation into financial returns. The market isn’t short of big promises. The harder part is determining which investments can build durable businesses, strengthen profits and ultimately reward shareholders. Here’s what makes each company worth watching. 🛰️ 1. SpaceX: Can Starlink Become the Financial Engine? SpaceX’s story goes beyond rocket launches. Starlink’s satellite internet business offers the potential for recurring revenue, while launch operations support the wider space ecosystem. The key question is how efficiently the company can expand.

🚨 SpaceX, Meta & Tesla: Three Earnings Reports That Could Change the AI Story

AI spending is booming. But where are the returns? After a difficult week for technology stocks, Wall Street faces an important test. Investors are no longer satisfied with ambitious AI plans and rising infrastructure spending. They want evidence that those investments can generate sustainable revenue, profits and cash flow. This week, three major companies will offer different perspectives on that challenge: SpaceX, Meta and Tesla. According to the earnings previews, SpaceX reports on Tuesday, followed by Meta and Tesla on Wednesday. Their results could help shape market sentiment after the recent AI-related sell-off. 🚀 1. SpaceX (SPCX): Can Starlink Fund the AI Ambition? SpaceX is building more than a rocket business. Starlink’s satellite internet operations provide a growing source of

I think the market is shifting from rewarding AI growth to demanding proof of returns. Higher inflation and uncertainty over Fed policy are putting pressure on valuations, especially in high-beta chip and memory stocks. I remain bullish on AI long term, but I expect volatility to continue. For my portfolio, I will be watching NVDA, $Micron Technology(MU)$ and NBIS closely. Nvidia’s relative resilience is encouraging, while memory stocks face both valuation pressure and concerns about future competition. For NBIS, I still believe in the long-term opportunity, but financing risks and the path to positive cash flow cannot be ignored. Ultimately, I believe this earnings season will separate companies with genuine AI monetization from those relying hea
