So SPCX announced its earnings yesterday, with clear beats on revenue and EPS. Coupled with the possible merger with $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$, its share price soar up nearly 9% pre-market. It is always hard to bet against Elon Musk and his ventures, although he does come with his controversies. He has proven time and time again that he is an excellent businessman, introducing breakthrough technologies when everyone else is still hibernating or afraid to take the next step forward. So kudos to him and hope his companies can soar to greater heights in 2027 and beyond~[Love you]

One Musk Empire, or a Dilution Trap for Tesla Holders?
SpaceX gained 7.79% and Tesla 3.41% on an unconfirmed report that Elon Musk wants to merge the companies before President Trump leaves office. Bulls see shared capital across satellites, AI compute, energy, autonomy, and robotics, plus direct Starlink exposure for Tesla holders. Bears flag governance, valuation, regulation, dilution, and the after-hours pullback. Would lower ecosystem friction outweigh the merger risks?
