$PropNex(OYY.SI)$ For Singapore market, I only do long term investment (in quantum of years). The bulk of my portfolio comprise banking stocks and REITS. I started looking into this stock only after a PropNex agent brought me to their co-sharing office. The dividend is close to 4% YOY. I bought some since 3 1/2 years ago.
