PENG — The Quiet AI Infrastructure Winner 🚀

Everyone knows Nvidia.

Far fewer investors know $Penguin Solutions, Inc.(PENG)$

That’s exactly why I’m watching it.

So what does PENG actually do?

Penguin Solutions helps customers build, deploy and manage AI data centres. It combines AI computing infrastructure, advanced memory, infrastructure software and services to help enterprises, sovereign AI projects and neocloud providers scale AI workloads.

In simple terms:

Nvidia provides the engines. PENG helps build and operate the factory around them.

And the latest numbers show why this is getting interesting.

PENG reported $567 million of quarterly revenue, up 68% year over year, while adjusted EPS reached $1.00, up 133%. Its memory business was particularly strong, with quarterly sales up 158% to $340.8 million.

Even more interesting, management raised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to approximately $2.43 billion, representing around 40% growth, while adjusted EPS is expected to reach $4.45.

The company is also moving deeper into large-scale AI infrastructure. It recently won a neocloud customer deploying and operating a 36,000-GPU AI factory in Norway.

That gives PENG exposure to several parts of the AI buildout:

🔹 AI data-centre infrastructure

🔹 Advanced memory

🔹 GPU compute systems

🔹 Infrastructure software

🔹 Deployment and managed services

The risk? The stock has already had a huge run, and the rapid growth is requiring significantly more inventory and working capital.

So I wouldn’t chase it blindly.

But with AI spending expanding from chips into the infrastructure needed to actually deploy and run AI, PENG is an interesting name to keep on the radar.

Stock of the Day: PENG.

Not the chip.

Not the data centre operator.

The company helping build the AI factory. 🐧

158% memory growth is flashy, but inventory and working capital doing the heavy lifting here worries me more. One soft quarter and this rerates fast
