$NFLX Reversal Setup, $SNDK Bear Trap, $MU Hits Sell Zone
Three very different setups, but the same focus: risk first, then reward.
I’m not looking for the highest win rate on every trade. I’m looking for setups where the downside is defined and the potential upside makes the trade worth taking.
$Netflix(NFLX)$ 🔄
What’s enticing here is the R.
A stop below the swing low keeps the downside risk defined and relatively small.
I’m not expecting a high probability of profit, but I’ll take this type of reversal setup any day when the risk is this well defined.
$SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ 🪤
$SNDK is moving back into the bearish Institutional Sell Zone.
Now we get to see whether this turns into a bear trap.
The next couple of months should be interesting.
$Micron Technology(MU)$ 🍖
$MU is back inside the Institutional Sell Zone.
The long-term bull cycle remains intact, but the stock is now trading at a significant premium.
Within our system, this is not the time to be a buyer.
$MU can absolutely continue higher in the short term.
But at these levels, there simply isn’t enough meat on the bone to justify the setup.
Different charts, different setups, same rule: I want the risk defined before I worry about the reward. 📊
