The commercialization of large models is gaining momentum!

Tencent's open-source release of the Hunyuan Hy4 Preview (MoE architecture, 49B activated parameters, one-million-token context window) and ByteDance's launch of its Doubao AI office products mark a pivotal shift in China's AI-powered office sector—from technology incubation to large-scale commercial deployment. Open-sourcing lowers the barrier for enterprise adoption, while ByteDance strengthens its B-end subscription-based monetization, underscoring a clear industry trend. Institutions believe that large-model applications have now entered a phase where they are "usable, user-friendly, and trustworthy," benefiting media companies with strengths in tool integration, content distribution, and deep scenario-specific capabilities.$腾讯控股(00700)$$阿里巴巴(BABA)$$阿里巴巴-W(09988)$$MINIMAX-W(00100)$

For BABA, the bigger re-rating is probably cloud cash flow, not just model hype. If enterprise AI tools really stick, long-term growth assumptions do change.
