The Company has also introduced digital watermarking and content traceability technologies to help ensure that AI-generated content remains secure and controllable.

Green Operations and Infrastructure Efficiency

On the environmental side, YXT has continued to improve the efficiency of its operations and AI infrastructure. The Company’s direct carbon emissions declined from 97.2 tons in 2022 to 45.8 tons in 2025.

Through its self-developed multi-model gateway and intelligent scheduling system, YXT increased server resource utilization from below 10% to over 40%, while reducing overall cloud resource energy consumption and operating costs by approximately 20%.

Business Quality and AI Growth Momentum

YXT’s ESG progress is also supported by continued improvement in business quality. In 2025, the Company generated total revenue of RMB 340 million, representing year-over-year growth of 2.7%. Revenue from subscription-based enterprise training solutions reached RMB 317 million, up 5.2% year over year, accounting for 94% of total training business revenue.

The net revenue retention rate of subscription customers remained stable at 101.4%, and the Company currently serves more than 2,300 large enterprise customers.

YXT’s AI business is beginning to show clear growth momentum. In 2025, monthly recurring revenue from AI-related products grew nearly fourfold year over year. The Company’s profitability also improved, with gross margin reaching 68.3%, up 6.5 percentage points from 2024. Adjusted net loss narrowed from RMB 200 million in 2024 to RMB 147 million in 2025, representing a year-over-year reduction of 26.4%.

Technology Investment and Governance

YXT has continued to invest in core AI technologies. The Company has accumulated multiple patents and more than 100 software copyrights. Its enterprise-grade AI simulation training technology uses a multi-role collaboration mechanism involving an AI executor, analyzer and decision-maker, helping improve stability in complex training scenarios and reduce the risk of large language model hallucinations.

Since establishing its “AI First” strategy in 2022, YXT has continued to integrate AI into its own organization and workflows. In a recent AI coding practice, an eight-person team completed a preview version of a new product in approximately 20 days, generating around 340,000 lines of code and more than 1,600 files, with coding completed by AI. The Company has also established regular AI transformation training to support employees in transitioning toward human-machine collaboration roles.

YXT has built a governance framework to support long-term development. The Company’s board consists of six members, including two independent directors, representing 33.3% of the board. In cybersecurity management, YXT has adopted an active vulnerability management program, including regular vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and security testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
