$Nokia Oyj(NOK)$ I think it's important for retail investors who may not already understand that Nokia's issuance of unsecured bonds is a normal and positive move.
It's normal because these latest bonds are for working capital, replacing the previous bonds issued in 2020, which themselves replaced bonds from 2013, and so on. Many other companies follow this practice.
It's a good thing because they aren't issuing new shares, which avoids dilution. Institutional investors are all aware of this.
The drop on Friday could have been due to the broader market decline, or perhaps some fear among retail investors, or a bit of both. Whatever the reason, I hope my explanation helps clear up some of the confusion.
