Data centers continue to be the core driver, and even though year-over-year growth has slowed to 56% from 73% in the previous quarter, this is still a solid performance in my view.

Looking ahead to Q3, I am encouraged by Nvidia's revenue guidance of $52.9 billion to $55.1 billion, with the midpoint exceeding consensus expectations. The gross margin guidance of 73% to 74% also aligns well with forecasts, which suggests stability and consistency. To me, these figures indicate that the company remains on a healthy trajectory.

I agree that the market has likely priced in much of Nvidia's earnings upside, as mentioned. This could explain any post-earnings decline in the stock price. However, I see this as a natural part of the cycle rather than a cause for concern. A healthy pullback can provide a breather after strong runs, setting the stage for the next wave of growth.

As for how long the stock might decline after the report, I think it's hard to predict with certainty.
