I decided to sell my investment in CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) after reviewing its latest results. While the REIT maintains a resilient portfolio with high occupancy of 96.3% and solid rental reversions, the dip in revenue and NPI from the divestment of 21 Collyer Quay raised concerns on near-term growth momentum. Although the DPU rose 3.5% year on year and the forward yield of 5.1% remains attractive, I opted to realise my gains and reallocate capital into opportunities with stronger earnings growth potential.

- Subramanyan·2025-08-20TOPGood move I should say! As a matter of fact, I totally sold off both 9CI & C38U - they tested my patience since nearly 3 years & all I could finally get now is a breakeven considering the dividends & all. May be can consider reentering once there is a sharp correction.1Report
