TH Treasury Rule #1: Always Buy the Leader — That’s Why I’m in BMNR, Not SBET.

Doesn’t matter how many ETH treasury stocks are out there — only the leader wins. Always buy the leader.

i’m all out on Ethereum, here’s why I chose BMNR over SBET

$SharpLink Gaming(SBET)$ → 1× mNAV

$BitMine Immersion Technologies Inc.(BMNR)$ → 2.1× mNAV

People keep buying SBET just ’cause at 1× they think it’s a bargain versus BMNR.

Some keep saying “sell the 1×, buy the 2×.”

And honestly… they got a point.

Market’s not gonna give premium to more than one player.

SBET is always behind.

At 1× NAV, the only way it grows ETH stack is through dilution.

Meanwhile, at 2× NAV+, every raise actually gives more ETH per share.

Counterintuitive? Yeah… but premium wins.

I kept thinking maybe SBET just sits at 1×, no dilution, rides ETH ATH with max concentration.

Better to be undiluted at 1× than diluted at 1.5–2× when mNAV isn’t growing.

But reality: BMNR can buy like 3× more ETH per share with that premium. Gap keeps widening.

I finally capitulated.

The masses are correct — how’s SBET gonna accumulate more ETH at 1×?

Oh yeah… by diluting the shit out of everyone.

At 2× NAV+, dilution is actually bullish. Buy the one with the premium, not the discount.
