World Robot Conference 2025: NVIDIA Dives In—Sector Stocks to Track

From August 8 to 12, 2025, the 2025 World Robot Conference (WRC) will be held in Beijing. This much-awaited event is expected to be a key indicator, showing where the global robotics industry is heading.

In recent years, the rapid convergence of large AI models, advanced simulation technologies, and robotics hardware has propelled general-purpose robots beyond the confines of laboratory settings, transitioning them into tangible real-world applications. This shift underscores their emergence as a pivotal technological form in the unfolding intelligent era.

Previously, a Deutsche Bank report made bold projections about the future scale of the humanoid robot market: it is expected to reach $75 billion by 2035 and could surpass $1 trillion by 2050.

Notably, NVIDIA— a global leader in accelerated computing platforms and a key driver of the robotics ecosystem—will participate deeply in this year's WRC. It will collaborate with numerous partners in the robotics ecosystem to showcase cutting-edge layouts in physical AI and general-purpose robotics.

The robotics space is heating up—key players to watch.

At NVIDIA's GTC conference on June 11, CEO Jensen Huang stated that Agent AI will become the next focal point, with its physical manifestation taking the form of humanoid robots. He specifically mentioned Tesla's Optimus, noting it may be the first to achieve large-scale mass production and technological maturity, potentially spawning a trillion-dollar industry.

This year, Huang has repeatedly emphasized that the next wave of artificial intelligence will be Physical AI. Following AI, robotics may represent another high-growth market for NVIDIA. This raises the question: Which company will emerge as the "NVIDIA" of this massive industry chain?
