I’ve added to my AMD position on strong conviction that it’s an overlooked AI gem with massive upside potential. While it currently trades at 131x trailing earnings, its PEG ratio of just 0.8 signals it’s undervalued relative to expected growth. AMD's new AI chips could trigger a demand boom, especially as customers seek alternatives to Nvidia’s premium pricing. If momentum continues and the AI tailwind holds, I believe AMD could realistically reach a $1 trillion market cap within five years. The runway for growth is wide—and underestimated.
