I’m confident in my long position as Uber transforms into a mobility superpower. The company just generated $2.3B in free cash flow and is guiding EBIT margins to 14% by Jun26, up from –12% in Sep21. UBS just raised its target to $115, reinforcing the bullish case.

I’m impressed by Uber’s convergence of real earnings power and visionary scale. Q3 2025 EPS is forecast at $2.88, more than double last year’s $1.24. CEO Khosrowshahi’s conviction is clear: “AV technology is the single greatest opportunity ahead for Uber.” With Waymo and Lucid in the fold, Uber doesn’t need to be vertically integrated to scale; just smartly partnered.

Technicals show $87.43 price with $90.93 resistance and $83.63 support. Compression on the 4H chart is forming near upper Keltner and Bollinger bands. Weekly RSI sits at 52.74; MACD is mixed, but trend remains bullish.

I’m attentive to the options tape: big buys on the 80P, while size hits on 60P and 65P suggest downside hedging, not capitulation. Market cap is $182B, P/E 15.19, gross margin 32.07%, and a 25.62% Q/Q gain. That’s not speculative, that’s operational dominance.

Autonomy skepticism remains. Sixty-one percent of US drivers are still unsure. But data says otherwise. Waymo robotaxis are 92% less likely to injure pedestrians and 96% less likely to crash at intersections. Goldman Sachs sees robotaxi TAM growing 67% annually for 5 years. Tesla’s Cybercab is priced under $30K, and Uber’s $75K-per-robotaxi estimate looks competitive against $40K/year in human driver costs.

I’m holding and leaning in. A clean breakout above $90.93 with RSI follow-through would warrant adding. Until then, I’m positioned for the trillion-dollar upside.
