Based on yesterday night's trading. It seems to be big boys holding the price high while distributing out their shares.
My guess is that it is poised for a huge drop rather than a gap up. As such I sold off half my shares at $146.2 yesterday. Also sold 4 x call options $146, with $2.6 premium.
I could be terribly wrong here.... but hey that's the fun of trading.
