In 2024, my keyword is balance because I’ve realized the importance of integrating all areas of life—work, health, relationships, and personal growth. After periods of intense focus on one area at the expense of others, I want to prioritize equilibrium. Balance will help me prevent burnout and maintain a sense of fulfillment across all facets of my life. In 2025, growth is my keyword. I hope to foster continuous personal and professional growth. This year, I want to embrace challenges that push me outside of my comfort zone, whether that’s learning new skills, advancing in my career, or deepening my self-awareness. Over the past year, I read 20 books, including Deep Work by Cal Newport and The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin. Deep Work taught me how to focus better, while The Happiness Project inspired me to make small changes for a happier life. I also picked up new skills, such as learning Excel through an online course, which has helped me streamline tasks at work. One of the most important life lessons I learned was the significance of setting boundaries. I’ve become more intentional about balancing work and personal life, which has made me less stressed and more productive. Professionally, I achieved a milestone by leading a successful team project, and financially, I managed to save enough to build a solid emergency fund @Frisbee

I want to improve my public speaking skills. This month, I’ll join a local Toastmasters group or attend an online speaking workshop. I’ll practice giving short speeches in front of friends or family for feedback, focusing on voice control, body language, and clarity. By the end of December, I’ll have gained more confidence in speaking in front of others, setting me up to take on bigger speaking challenges in 2025 @onlyYou
