Siri 是被相似发音唤醒，还是被有意唤醒。但苹果并未向用户声明，分析录音的是真人而非机器，用户也并不知情自己和 Siri 的互动有可能会被录音。</p><p>事件曝光后，苹果迅速承认并回应称“只有非常少量的随机录音会被用于评分，时常不过几秒钟，激活量不到 可以录下 30 秒的片段，有时候能听出来是病人病史，有时是毒品交易，还有卧室里的亲密行为。”爆料人说道。</p><p>这也是为什么这次集体诉讼中，苹果的理赔范围是“所有搭载 Siri 的苹果设备”。</p><p>或许是 2018 年的剑桥分析事件引发了公众对大科技公司数据隐私的质疑，在 2019 年，除了苹果，<a </strong><strong>“隐私之神”金身被打破</strong></p><p>虽然选择庭外和解，但苹果在和解拟议中写道“苹果从始至终都否认存在任何所谓的不当行为”，而且进一步否定了原告的每个观点和索赔请求。</p><p>因此和解协议是否能被接受，还得等到 2 月 14 日法官的正式裁定。而据消费者方律师称，如果和解失败，苹果被判违反窃听和隐私法，苹果公司可能会被罚 15
