The fracking services provider was joined by a bank and an IoT networking solutions micro-cap, as well as four SPACs.

ProFrac priced well below the range to raise $288 million at a $2.5 billion market cap. Operating in thesolidly-performing energy sector, ProFrac believes it is the largest privately owned provider of hydraulic fracturing services in North America by hydraulic horsepower. There are several related party transactions and connections with the founding Wilks family, who indicated on 41% of shares in the offering. ProFrac finished up 1%.

New York bank Hanover Bancorp(HNVR) downsized slightly and priced at the low end to raise $27 million at a $153 million market cap. Hanover primarily serves small and medium-sized customers through eight branches, concentrated in the NYC area. As of 12/31/21, the bank had total assets of $1.5 billion, total deposits of $1.2 billion, and total stockholders' equity of $129 million. Most electric vehicle stocks popped more than 10% yesterday, with Lordstown rallying 50% and Rivian surging 21%.To be sure, these huge rallies come on the heels of some major declines across the whole EV sector. Still, sales of electric vehicles across the globe continue to roar higher, and many of these companies are growing rapidly. This is all leading investors to ask: Is this the start of a major EV stock comeback? We think it could be. Here’s why.Rivian and Lordstown Reestablish Confidence in Electric Vehicle StocksEV stocks didn’t drop because electric vehicles stopped selling. Sales of electric vehicles in the U.S. in the first quarter of 2022 rose 60% year-over-year:Yet EV stocks dropped big in early 2022. Amid persistent supply chain disruptions and parts shortages, investors lost confidence in major EV players’ ability to hit production targets. But that confidence was reestablished yesterday, partly because of a positive business update from Lordstown. But it was mostly thanks to a great quarterly earnings report from Rivian.Late Tuesday night, Lordstown said that it had closed the sales of one of its manufacturing facilities to Foxconn. The sale injects $230 million onto Lordstown’s balance sheets. That’s critical — Lordstown was on the cusp of running out of cash. But with this new capital infusion, the company now has enough liquidity to commence commercial production in quarter three. In other words, Lordstown will hit its 2022 delivery targets — confidence reestablished.Meanwhile, Rivian provided an excellent business update on Tuesday afternoon as well. The company said that despite huge supply chain challenges, it’s on track to hits its 25,000-vehicle production target for 2022. Pre-orders are also ramping nicely, with the latest number at 90,000 reservations. In other words, Rivian will hit its 2022 delivery targets — confidence reestablished. This confidence boost at two EV manufacturing startups was good enough to light a fire under the entire industry. We don’t think that fire is going to die out anytime soon. We see electric vehicle stocks soaring from here into the end of the year.EV Stocks Are Wiped Out and Due for a Big ReboundPersistent supply chain concerns and fears about waning auto demand in a slowing economy have plagued the EV industry. And as such, electric vehicle stocks have been crushed so far in 2022.Now, though, they’re completely washed out — and due for a big rebound rally.Rivian, for example, was trading at 1X book value and 3X forward sales heading into its earnings report. That’s wild. This is a company that’s projected to grow sales by more than 3,000% this year, 250% in 2023, 110% the year after and 55% the year after that. And it was trading for just 1X book value and 3X forward sales!Talk about a bargain. But, as many seasoned investors will tell you, just because a stock is a bargain doesn’t mean it’s a buy. Cheap stocks can stay cheap for a long time. You need a catalyst to bring them back to life.Well, yesterday, we got that catalyst.EV makers — Rivian, in particular — are on track to hit 2022 targets, despite all the macroeconomic headwinds. This confirmation catalyst converged on dirt-cheap valuations across the sector and sparked some huge rallies in EV stocks. These rallies have some major runway ahead.Indeed, we think Rivian stock can more than double from current levels in a hurry. But Rivian isn’t even our favorite stock to buy for this huge EV comeback. The Final Word on Electric Vehicle StocksWe believe that the company with the best battery technology is going to win the electric vehicle arms race. After all, the quality of the battery determines everything about an EV. It dictates how far it can drive, how long it can last, how quickly it can recharge. The battery even affects how fast it can go.When it comes to EVs, the battery is everything. Therefore, the company that makes the best EV battery will make the best EV — and sell the most. And ultimately, it will emerge the winner of the electric vehicle arms race.Rivian makes a great battery. That’s why RIVN is a great EV stock to buy.But Rivian doesn’t make the best battery.Instead, that title is reserved for another tiny EV maker — one that could de-throne Tesla. And that company is the best EV stock to buy today.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"RIDE":0.9,"RIVN":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1546,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":351972169,"gmtCreate":1616558782251,"gmtModify":1704795641896,"author":{"id":"3569317726903097","authorId":"3569317726903097","name":"Xiaomingz","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/4a82fa9be100034eca26282ec277221f","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3569317726903097","idStr":"3569317726903097"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Gg","listText":"Gg","text":"Gg","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/351972169","repostId":"1191456293","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2293,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":351972313,"gmtCreate":1616558766432,"gmtModify":1704795641734,"author":{"id":"3569317726903097","authorId":"3569317726903097","name":"Xiaomingz","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/4a82fa9be100034eca26282ec277221f","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3569317726903097","idStr":"3569317726903097"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Gg","listText":"Gg","text":"Gg","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/351972313","repostId":"1114012318","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1114012318","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1616556732,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1114012318?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-03-24 11:32","market":"us","language":"en","title":"These Are The 5 Best Stocks To Buy And Watch Now","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1114012318","media":"investors","summary":"Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard","content":"
Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. So what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? Google parentAlphabet(GOOGL),CarMax(KMX),Regal Beloit(RBC),Westlake Chemical(WLK) andApplied Materials(AMAT) are prime candidates.
\n
Since the coronavirus bear market, stocks rebounded powerfully. The strong action reflects rising confidence that the economy will eventually recover from the coronavirus. The stock market has managed to get back on track after a brief correction, when when the major indexes all dipped below their50-day moving averages.
\n
Now is a good time to get back into the market, but caution should be exercised. While the market uptrend has resumed, the stock market hasjust had a modestly down week. The Nasdaq essentially remains in a corrections, below its 50-day line with highly valued growth names still significantly damaged. The Dow Jones and S&P 500 are holding above this key technical benchmark, but were pushed lower.
\n
The coronavirus pandemic remains a concern, though new coronavirus cases, hospitalizations and even deaths are falling sharply. President Joe Biden has signed the $1.9 trillion coronavirus stimulus bill. But while it provides aid to many Americans, there are concerns among some economists it could lead to inflation.
\n
Fed Chairman Jerome Powell has saidthat the central bank is committed to an \"all-in\" approach as it tries to nurse the economy back to health.
\n
So why do the stocks chosen stand out? Before turning to that question, it is important to consider how one goes about choosing a stock in the first place. Superior fundamentals and technical action, and buying at the right time, are all part of a shrewd investing formula.
\n
Best Stocks To Buy: The Crucial Ingredients
\n
Remember, there are thousands of stocks trading on the NYSE and Nasdaq. But you want to find the very best stocks right now to generate massive gains.
\n
TheCAN SLIM systemoffers clear guidelines on what you should be looking for. Invest in stocks with recent quarterly and annual earnings growth of at least 25%. Look for companies that have new, game-changing products and services. Also consider not-yet-profitable companies, often recent IPOs, that are generating tremendous revenue growth.
\n
IBD'sCAN SLIM Investing Systemhas a proven track record of significantly outperforming the S&P 500. Outdoing this industry benchmark is key to generating exceptional returns over the long term.
\n
In addition, keep an eye on supply and demand for the stock itself, focus on leading stocks in top industry groups, and aim for stocks with strong institutional support.
\n
Once you have found a stock that fits the criteria, it is then time to turn to stock charts to plot agood entry point. You should wait for a stock toform a base, and then buy once it reaches abuy point, ideally in heavy volume. In many cases, a stock reaches aproper buy pointwhen it breaks above the original high on the left side of the base. More information on what a base is, and how charts can be used to win big on the stock market, can be found here.
\n
Don't Forget The M When Buying Stocks
\n
Never forget that theM in CAN SLIM stands for market. Most stocks, even the very best, will tend to follow the market direction. Invest when the stock market is in aconfirmed uptrendand move to cash when the stock market goes into a correction.
\n
The Dow Jones Industrial Average, Nasdaq and the S&P 500 rallied strongly after recent pressure. The S&P 500 and the Dow Jones have recaptured their50-day moving averages, but are meeting resistance. The Nasdaq also briefly traded above this key benchmark, but slipped back below it. Technology and growth stocks are still showing signs of weakness.
\n
It is now is a good time to get back into the market and buy fundamentally strong stocks coming out of proper chart bases. But this is no longer the powerful, growth stock rally of 2020.
\n
The stocks featured below are potential candidates.
\n
As you identify stocks, on a technical basis look for stocks with rising relative strength lines. Stocks that hold up amid tough conditions often bound to new highs once a market stabilizes.
\n
Remember, things can quickly change when it comes to the stock market. Make sure you don't miss out on a rally by keeping a close eye on themarket trend page here.
\n
Best Stocks To Buy Or Watch
\n
Now let's look at Google stock, CarMax stock, RBC stock, Westlake Chemical stock and AMAT stock in more detail. An important consideration is that these stocks all boast impressive relative strength.
\n
Google Stock
\n
Google parent Alphabet is near abuy pointof 2,145.24, as athree-weeks-tighthas evolved into a flat base, according toMarketSmith chart analysis. The entry is just above the mid-February all-time high.
\n
Google stock has been trading around its 21-day exponential moving average and is just above its 10-week line.
\n
Therelative strength lineforGOOGL stockis near a record high. This gauges a stock's performance compared to the S&P 500. If Alphabet's RS line spikes again, it will be a sign the stock is ready to push higher still.
\n
GOOGL stock has a very strong IBD Composite Rating of 94. That puts it in the top 6% of stocks tracked overall. Earnings are stronger than stock market performance, however. Nevertheless, the stock is up more than 16% so far this year.
\n
Google stock should benefit from a rebound in digital advertising as coronavirus vaccinations expand. Stock buybacks are another bright spot. Cloud computing holds promise, but remains an unprofitable business for Alphabet for now.
\n
The tech giant has a Relative Strength Rating of 66. That means it has outperformed 66% of stocks tracked in terms of price performance over the past 12 months.
\n
In recent years, Google stock has only slightly outpaced the S&P 500, but that outperformance has picked up in recent months, as its RS line shows.
