Revenue (FY ended May 31): FY2026: $67.4B FY2025: $57.4B Change: +17% GAAP Diluted EPS: FY2026: $5.83 FY2025: $4.34 Change: +34% Stock price: Now (Sep 3, 2026 close): $154 Same time last year (Sep 3, 2025 close): ~$223 Change: -31% Business grew, multiple compressed. Cloud, especially IaaS, was the driver. I still think it's undervalued. FCF will take a hit in the short term, but the scale of the AI data centers should make up for it longer term.
$Oracle(ORCL)$ Citi raised its Oracle price target to $330 on August 26th. Bernstein reiterated its $325 target on September 2nd. Oracle still looks like the most underpriced AI Mega Cap in the market right now, and I wouldn't want to be on the other side of that one. The big players seem to see it too.
