$Alibaba(BABA)$ In a short time, Moonshot says its K3 model still trails the most powerful proprietary models, Anthropic's Claude Fable 5 and OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol, overall. However, it beats the labs' second-tier systems, Claude Opus 4.8 and GPT-5.5, on benchmarks including coding and agentic tasks. Within a day, K3 topped the Arena frontend coding leaderboard, ahead of every leading US model, and placed third on Artificial Analysis's Intelligence Index.
$Alibaba(BABA)$ If you're bullish on Alibaba, Nike might be worth a look. When the Chinese market moves, Nike often follows, and it's currently at low levels. A 15% move up could happen any day this week.
$Alibaba(BABA)$ Looking at past rallies in Chinese stocks, they tend to be fast and sharp. Based on my analysis of most of them, we often see gains of 60-100% in under 50 days. If the price breaks above 120, I think it could test 150. And if it moves above 150, the next level to watch might be around 190.
$Alibaba(BABA)$ BABA seems to have some momentum. There's a trend of investors moving out of Korean chip stocks and into discounted Chinese tech, with BABA looking like a standout. Its 100-day moving average is at $127. If it can break through that level, momentum-based algorithms could start picking it up in size.
Everyone was watching for a breakdown below the 200-week moving average, but that move didn't hold. Instead of follow-through selling, buyers stepped in aggressively to defend that level, and demand showed up exactly where it needed to. That's the kind of price action I find noteworthy. Now $Alibaba(BABA)$ is reclaiming key technical levels with improving momentum. If this recovery continues and volume expands, it could turn into a stronger trend reversal than many anticipated. I'm keeping an eye on the next resistance area. The chart is back on my radar.
$JD.com(JD)$ $Baidu(BIDU)$ $Alibaba(BABA)$ Indicators came in a bit better than expected, retail was positive, and GDP year-over-year was 2.3%. The second half in China is typically weaker, so at least some stimulus would need to be deployed to meet the 4.5% GDP growth target.
$Alibaba(BABA)$ This should go back to at least $120. Long term, it's still probably a multi-bagger. It would probably be worth 2 trillion if it were American.
$Alibaba(BABA)$ RSI is at an all-time low of 16, down 50% since its peak last October and 30% year-to-date. I said their updated model news wouldn't do much anymore. They need a bigger catalyst than just a queen new model and features. Anything outside of that and this could run, in my opinion.
