$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Tesla's biggest problem might just be SpaceX. As SpaceX moves lower this month, a Tesla merger at TSLA's current price-point simply becomes infeasible. Once SpaceX falls below about 124, Tesla would have to drop at least $4 for every $1 decline in SPCX, given the 3x share multiple plus premium. At that price, SpaceX no longer has the equity needed to absorb a company of Tesla's size. Doing so would dilute SPCX shareholders beyond economic logic and would require a lot of outside cash. That's why it's worth spending some time on the SPCX board, where many aren't exactly happy about a Tesla bailout.

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Just picked up some new $450 Nov 15th calls. This one looks pretty straightforward to me.

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ NIO - which poster used to always boost NIO? This one is for you. Nio, a major producer of electric vehicles in China and Europe, trades at just 0.4 times next year's sales and 94% below its all-time high. But NIO isn't a small and speculative EV maker. It produces a wide range of electric sedans and SUVs, and it delivered 326,028 vehicles in 2025. Its vehicles are equipped with removable batteries that can be swapped out at its battery-swapping stations as a faster alternative to conventional chargers. Nio's stock tumbled amid concerns regarding the costly expansion of its battery-swapping network and the production of its own first-party automotive chips. Intense competition also limited its pricing power and compressed

$Surf Air Mobility Inc.(SRFM)$ This is part of the future AI economy. It's a software company. Some might not see the real value here, but the software data itself will be useful for so many things. That's why they're pushing into AI autonomous flying data. Autonomous AI data is the new oil for AI robotics. That's the whole moat of Tesla robots and cars - the software they operate under and the data they have. $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

Ron Baron made the case that now is the time to buy $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ , pointing to how fast FSD adoption keeps accelerating. He mentioned that 55% of new buyers are choosing FSD and said he believes it is going to be everywhere. On CNBC, he described how his Model S handled the garage, driveway, gate, traffic, street, wildlife, and parking on its own. His reaction was that the car is unbelievable. But the bigger takeaway for him is adoption. He said once people experience FSD, driving without it starts to feel like horse and buggy. If consumers start thinking that way, FSD goes from nice to have to something people may not want to give up.
