$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Citi raised its price target on AMD, and the stock caught a lift. The momentum looks far from over. This one seems like a no-brainer to me.
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ It was strange how the business news hosts kept dancing around their guest Simon Leopold today. But when you put out a $550 target for the next 12 months and they have a soft news agenda, they have to defend it somehow. Why would they bring up the actual numbers? Just saying.
Microsoft Introduces AI Coding Model That Runs on Laptops; DeepSeek V4 Flash Runs on 60GB Machines, Outperforming GPT-5 on Some Coding Tasks. $Microsoft(MSFT)$ — Microsoft says it's faster, uses 25% fewer tokens, and costs about one-quarter as much as its original version.
I think we'll have a good run through early November, though things are still uncertain after the election. $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ looks way too cheap here. At this point, it feels like it's only a matter of time until it runs.
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Paid 4x for a physical AI software company at 8 billion, when that company was valued at 2 billion. What a premium. $Innodata(INOD)$ management said physical AI is the hot area. I would even add AI regulatory exposure. It runs 24/7. Now we have both. What a gem this is, so undervalued.
$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Wells Fargo raised its price target on Microsoft to $725 from $700, keeping an Overweight rating. Microsoft also made it onto Wells' Q4 "Tactical Ideas list." The analyst pointed to a "favorable tactical setup" into Q4, citing key catalysts like the realization of its AI advantage, the Ignite conference in November, and new segment reporting. Wells sees momentum "shifting back to" Microsoft in mega cap tech as the company "delivers on AI monetization story alongside balanced investment approach."
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Finally took my chips off the table. What a run though. I got in around 2013. Still bullish long-term, but I'm wondering what dilution will look like now that the Meta and OpenAI warrants are in the money. Will look to reenter sometime in the near future.
