$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ People are kidding themselves if they think money won't roll back into AMD, NVDA, MU and plenty of other AI related stocks. AI has left the station, and sure, you can panic sell for a day, a week, or a month. But it's not going anywhere. Does anyone really think legislation slows this down? Not for long, if at all. AI is worldwide, and the idea that a governor in Texas wanting to slow down data centers and add guardrails puts it in trouble is just not realistic. Zero chance. AI is only getting started, and this is a nat on the windshield. Look back at the dotcom bubble, then take a good look at the biggest companies in the world today. You can't stop this.
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ Great buying opportunities. AI is the future, and AI companies are growing faster than companies in other sectors. Seems like a no brainer to me.
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ NVDA has had at least 3 times since 2016 where there have been almost 50% sell-offs. Each time it came back to new highs. This one in particular seems almost the most contrived. Still, it is tough to stay steady in the face of that kind of pressure. That is also why I have always stuck by the rule of selling a third at every triple. You don't maximize the gain, but you also don't sweat the downturns. Didn't think a 24 billion share stock could even go down $15 in a session, losing $360 billion in market cap in a day. But then with the expected huge beat and unbelievable guidance, there will be no reason it can't go up a trillion in a day, is there? Down on rumor and innuendo while up on solid numbers and fundamentals. Math stil
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ An incredible opportunity for AI stocks of all kinds. Sold AMZN for a nice profit and bought 1,000 VRT. Doubled my AMD position on that oversold dip. Even Democrats know many cities will struggle without AI data centers. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of where data centers are going to be.
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Short sellers are coming out in droves all of a sudden. Their euphoria won't last long, and they'll be heading back under the rock soon enough.
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Plenty of shorts here seem to want this lower because they missed the run. We all know Intel's compute side has been slow, but AMD mostly depends on data center and other revenue streams, from what I can tell. AMD could possibly be eating Intel's lunch.
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Samsung is planning a second semiconductor manufacturing facility in Taylor, Texas. Construction is set to begin this month. The plant will use advanced 2-nanometre process technology and will produce base dies for HBM memory. Orders reportedly cover the facility's entire planned output, with most of the secured capacity reportedly going to AMD. Nvidia is also expected to receive some production.
