Singapore Exchange approved the listing and quotation of up to 40 million new shares of MetaOptics (SGX:9MT) to be issued upon warrant exercise, according to a Friday Singapore bourse filing.
The warrants were issued under a $10 million investment facility with White Lion Capital.
The warrant shares will be issued at an exercise price equal to the higher of SG$0.30 per share or 90% of the volume‑weighted average price, the filing said.
