London-listed Singaporean firm Avation signed an operating lease agreement with state-owned Cabo Verde airline Linhas Aéreas de Cabo Verde, trading as CVSky, for one new ATR 72-600 aircraft.
The aircraft was delivered to CVSky on Wednesday, from the production facility in Toulouse, according to a Thursday filing.
The lease marks Avation's entry into the African market.
