Toku's (SGX:TKU) subsidiary, Toku Technology, signed a deal with Core42 to host its platform on Core42 Sovereign Enabled Public Cloud in the United Arab Emirates, according to a Thursday Singapore bourse filing.
The cloud leverages Microsoft Azure infrastructure deployed within the UAE with Core42 sovereign controls, governance and compliance monitoring.
Onboarding has already started, with the agreement backing the technology company's Middle East expansion.
