UK-based digital banking and fintech platform Revolut has committed an investment of around SG$350 million for its operations in Singapore, a Business Times report said on Thursday, quoting Revolut Singapore and Southeast Asia chief executive Raymond Ng.
In an interview with the news outlet, Raymond Ng said the company plans to set up a permanent office in Singapore in early 2027.
The proposed investment will also be used for product innovation, regional business growth, and talent acquisition.
The company plans to use its Singapore base as a launchpad for its broader growth plans in the Asia region.
