China Merchants Land Signs Framework Contracts with China Merchants Shekou

China Merchants Land (HKG:0978) entered into two framework agreements with China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone (SHE:001979) on Friday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Under a property framework agreement, China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone will provide China Merchants Land with property management, property engineering and equipment, and property sales services.
The company also agreed to acquire various types of commodities and services from China Merchants Shekou under a general commodities and services framework agreement.
The contracts, which will be subject to shareholder approval, will be valid till Dec. 31, 2028.
