Kangda International Environmental (HKG:6136) completed the issuance of $50 million of senior notes due 2029 on Sept. 4, the company said in a same-day filing.
The three-year notes carry an annual interest rate of 8%, payable semiannually. Proceeds will be used to repay certain debt and fund working capital.
