Dezign Format (SGX:UZF) established a new subsidiary in Singapore, named Forme Collective, with an initial paid-up share capital of SG$500,000, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new business will focus on renovation services for residential and commercial projects.
The incorporation will be funded by internal resources, the company said.
