Lum Chang Creations' Net Profit Jumps 49% in Fiscal H2; Shares Down 6%

Lum Chang Creations' (SGX:LCC) attributable net profit rose 49% to SG$11.3 million in the second half of the fiscal year ended June 30, from SG$7.6 million a year ago, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share climbed to SG$1.79 from SG$1.36 a year earlier, the urban revitalization company said.
Revenue, however, fell 34% to SG$48.1 million from SG$72.7 million.
The company's board has proposed a final dividend of SG$0.01 per share for the fiscal year ended June 30.
The company's shares were down nearly 6% in early trade on Wednesday.
