智通财经APP获悉，SpaceX（SPCX.US）在提交的修订申报文件中披露，其即将进行的IPO将预留最高5%的股份，供部分员工及高管亲友认购。
在周一提交的更新版招股说明书中，公司首次确定为定向股份计划预留的A类普通股数量。Space Exploration Technologies Corp.(即SpaceX)已于上月披露，其所谓“亲友名单”中的参与者将不受禁售期限制。定向股份计划是美股IPO中的常见现象，但此类计划的参与者通常会被设置禁售，以防他们立即出售股份。SpaceX在申报文件中表示，本次IPO发行前的已发行股份中超过60%将设置延长禁售期，其中包括公司创始人兼首席执行官埃隆・马斯克持有的股份。
据知情人士消息，SpaceX本次IPO的目标估值至少为1.8万亿美元，而非此前4月份报道的高于2万亿美元。
