VCPlus (SGX:43E) secured a listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading for 350 million shares at SG$0.0034 per share, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
Earlier, the FinTech company had signed a subscription agreement with Zhao YiQing to generate net proceeds of around SG$1.2 million.
