《股市简讯》香港恒生中国内地地产指数早盘涨2.2%，创近一个月新高* 中港股市地产股周二早盘继续走强，恒生中国内地地产指数.HSMPI涨2.2%，创近一个月新高；沪深300地产指数.CSI000952一度升0.7%。恒生中国内地地产指数周一大幅收高3.1%。
* 中国官媒--求是杂志近日发表文章称，要以更有力更精准的举措，加强对房地产市场的宏观调控，持续改善和稳定房地产市场预期，尽可能缩短调整时间，熨平市场波动。
文章并指出，政策力度要符合市场预期，政策要一次性给足，不能采取添油战术，导致市场与政策陷入博弈状态；要以更好满足居民刚性需求和多样化改善性住房需求为目标，取消相关限制性措施，确保新老政策相互配合，确保房地产政策与其他宏观政策取向一致。
* 中国房地产业连续多年低迷，二手房价几乎回到了10年前水平。这一下行趋势预计将在今年延续，若宏观经济保持韧性，房地产或需至2027年才可触底。
传统房地产发展模式已步入终点，新的发展逻辑逐步展开。这一转型过程虽仍将伴随经济阵痛，但其冲击力度正趋于缓和，对整体经济的边际拖累逐步减弱。（完）
