日经225指数暴涨超4%创新高 房地产、科技及周期性消费股领涨

日本执政党自由民主党（自民党）于周六选举高市早苗为新党首，这意味着她有望成为日本首位女性首相。受此消息影响，日本股市周一大幅走高，日经225指数暴涨超4%，创下历史新高。
早盘涨幅由房地产、科技及周期性消费股领涨。其中，日本制铁股价上涨13%，三菱重工和川崎重工股价分别上涨11%和10.47%。
法国农业信贷银行投资公司在选举结果出炉后的周末报告中指出，鉴于日本政府推行“高压经济”的政策导向，高市早苗可能会要求日本央行维持宽松货币政策，同时该行补充称，高市早苗或对日本央行在2026年1月前加息25个基点持开放态度。
报告还提到：“高市政权认识到当前日本经济仍显疲软，预计将彻底转变政策方向，推出全新策略（全面改革），通过公私合作模式扩大投资与需求。”
与之类似，日本东证指数也上涨超3%，创下历史新高。
日元汇率则承压走弱，兑美元汇率下跌1.45%，报1美元兑149.59日元。日本30年期国债收益率上涨逾10个基点，至3.263%；20年期国债收益率上涨逾6个基点，至2.674%；而基准10年期国债收益率变动不大，维持在1.659%左右。
