9月25日，在2025京东全球科技探索者大会上，京东集团SEC副主席、京东集团CEO许冉公布京东AI全景图并表示，京东已经在智算基础设施、模型、平台、场景和产品层面形成了完整的能力。在此次大会上，京东围绕全新升级的大模型品牌JoyAI，发布了三大全新AI产品。
其中，京犀APP定位为下一代购物和生活服务的超级入口，“他她它”为数字人万能助手，以及面对机器人、AI玩具和智能眼镜等各类智能设备的场景需求推出的“JoyInside 2.0”。
值得一提的是，许冉还表示，京东将在未来三年持续投入人工智能发展，带动形成万亿规模的人工智能生态。在组织上，升级京东探索研究院，创始人刘强东亲自担任探索研究院院长，招募人工智能科学家，同时开放京东场景、供应数据链，服务具身智能企业模型训练及应用测试。
