Joby Aviation (JOBY) and Uber Technologies (UBER) said Wednesday they plan to integrate Blade's air mobility services within the Uber app as early as 2026.
The plan follows Joby's acquisition of Blade's passenger business, the companies said.
Joby's shares were up over 8% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
